Hello, directions to change locations on weather app, At the top left of the New Tab page, hover over the weather information and click the configuration icon IG page actions.

   Click Change Location.
   Enter the new location in the field and select the desired location from the drop-down. 

I don't get a change location option in the menu.

What to do?

Hello. Since re-installing ZoneAlarm Security Suite (due to a ZA problem) last evening, after I turned on my pc today I am getting a new tab opens up on every FireFox browser window seeking permissions for "Harmony Web Protection Privacy Policy". (There are four new tabs for that which have opened since I commenced typing this!).

Is this a ZA problem or a Firefox problem? Also, please, how do I get rid of these damned new tabs? TIA.

Since the latest firefox update, to clear history now, it has Clear site and download, saved form info, and searches all together now. There is no way to uncheck saved info and searches so that does not get cleared. Will there be a fix to this? There is no way to clear the history now without clearing the saved info and searches, which I do not want to do.

I've attached images of the problem I'm experiencing. Its like pixels are breaking/turning negative colors and it effects anything visible. I don't really understand what's causing this issue. It doesn't effect any other program on my computer/outside the firefox window, so I assume its a firefox issue. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program with the refresh to hopefully fix the issue but it didn't work.

Have been using Trello through Firefox my default set up for years. Currently can't access Trello through Firefox. Can access Trello through Google Crome. How do I fix? never had this problem before?

Today, Firefox stopped playing audio on Facebook videos and won't play Netflix videos at all (Netflix error code: F7701-1003). Youtube works fine and has audio, but several other video sites I've tried have video but no audio. It was all working fine yesterday and I haven't changed any settings.

These websites work fine with both audio and sound on Microsoft Edge on the same laptop, so this is a problem exclusive to Firefox. OS is Windows 11 Home 23H2, Firefox is latest version (129.0.2)

Things I've tried: 1. Refresh Firefox settings 2. Download and install fresh copy of Firefox 3. Toggle DRM content in setting on/off - no difference no matter what is selected 4. Ensure that 'remember history' is selected 5. Check for Windows updates 6. Uninstall audio driver, restart and fresh install of audio driver 7. Ensure it's not in private mode 8. Turn off all extensions 9. Check volume mixer allows sound for Firefox 10. Clear the cache and cookies

I can't find any more suggestions on the internet, so any further suggestions welcome!

Greetings, a couple of weeks ago I started getting a black page with the message that is the title of this question, "We can’t connect to the server at www.googleadservices.com." when I click results from a web search and even clicking on links from within pages I already have open. This has happened in the past but only once in a while and isolated incidents. However right now my browsers are almost useless because of it. It started with Firefox as it is usually my default browser so I switched to Chrome and then Edge and now they are all doing it. I have posted a query in Windows forums and Microsoft help because it is with all my browsers but I am also posting in the individual browsers' help sections as well to get as much info on this as possible because it's really frustrating me and I want it fixed. I'm only able to visit 1 out of maybe every 25 pages I try to click on from any of my browsers!

2ndly its hard to get in touch with your crap support line can you also make it easier to get hold of your team rather going through 1000x pages, why is everybody not keeping any proper contact information you and google are same [edited]. exceptionally down the drain support. Some months back when I get gmail from the Economist and try to go to an article the gmail links to I get this: Our apologies. An error seems to have occurred. The article actually appears very briefly but then gets overwritten by this error message. I am using an up to date Windows 10 PC.

When I go to Microsoft Edge this behavior does not occur. In Firefox I have tried clearing the data and cache but to no avail.

Any thoughts on dealing with this? I do not want to go through many heroic steps to fix this.

I noticed that the status bar on firefox shows the same text as the on-page text. It doesn't render the unicode url in full. I tried finding a bug describing this, but couldn't find one.
