I have had access to TastyTrade thru FireFox for years. Within the last two days I am unable to log on. When I click on the link the screen goes all white and the page will not open. When using Edge I am able to get logged in but not thru FireFox which is my preferred browser.

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. The summary says it all. Some time in the pas few days, my saved payment methods disappeared. If I try to use Add new payment method, enter my information and then save, the same things happens. It just disappears as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions on why it's suddenly refusing to remember my payment info?

The built in VPN worked great for me for a couple of months, but now whenever I try to turn it on, it starts with the "Get Started" screen, which takes me to a page to confirm my account. When I press continue the VPN button just goes back to the "Get Started" screen & the loop repeats. I've tried signing out & refreshing my Firefox installation but I keep getting the same result. Before it started doing this the button to turn on the VPN was appearing but would not react to clicks.

In this case I accessed my Acer account and clicked on my notebook. I then got the screen shown in the image. I could access the page with Opera, Chrome, and Edge.

This is happening a lot, and is rendering Firefox unusable as my default browser.

Hi after the 152.0.6 Firefox update I cannot get rid of the round Firefox logo on my home screen and new tabs. I have this toggled off in settings and toggled false in about:config. Why aren't these updates tested before release to the public

I have been a dedicated user and promoter of Fire Fox and Mozilla; but recently getting very frustrated, when following all directions, cannot STOP Firefox from blocking specific or ALL websites; should be given choices, should be clearly explained and yes, your systems have said click on Shield, but that DOES nothing!

Would appreciate a fix in details by people running the system, and know that suggestion will be simple fix and clearly understood. Thanks.

I have lost my Bookmarks toolbar. It is present in Manage Bookmarks but the toolbar appears blank, with no icons, on the main page.

I have gone thro all the advice here to no effect.

I have been trying to get amazon prime videos to play. It keeps saying videos are unavailable

threw a little research I discovered that a new update. probably an old update by now .. they could not use the video service.. they had to switch to a different browser.

I'm not switching to the anti-American google to watch a video..

i'm on ver 152 in windows 11

Since the last two updates, Not including the current update as I have not downloaded it because I am sick of them, I cannot see any images on Sky news articles. There is just a white box where the images should be.

Also the back/forward buttons are useless. I do a search on Bing and click through the pages then when I , say get to page six and retype for another article the previous search doesn't exist when I use the back button. I have to remember and retype the name of the article I am looking for.
