Why can't I see all of my recently bookmarked links, or be able to put them away somewhere of my choosing when I bookmark them. What good is the recently bookmarked folder if you can only see 10 of them?

When I get an email and go to reply, sometimes I'm given the option of changing color, font size, font type, etc. and other times that entire line is not there for use. Why does that happen? I would like the option of ALWAYS changing font size and color of type when replying to someone.

YOUR browswer should be good enough or not, which is it?....... also, i have been having alot of problems with script errors and "not responding" lockups. firefox WAS the best, between ie and chrome but now every ntime you update theres more problems. please, one fix one time should last for a long time! And if we cant trust your browser as is, i sure wouldnt trust it incognito either. WE, the user should not have to b"stop" them. YOU the supplier, should. thanks for your time.

I'm writing a message and sending it with an attachment to 1 person and cc 1 other person. As I am writing the email I keep getting pop ups telling me that the message can't be saved in the Drafts folder. It usually saves in the Drafts folder if I am not finished writing or haven't sent the message. I keep getting the message that it won't save in Drafts the whole time I'm typing. I went to file and selected Save As and it won't save file either. I need to send this email out ASAP.

I recently changed over to FF from Internet Explorer. All seems fine except when I go into certain sites, like cooking shows, etc., and want to print off recipes, they are blocked. Why is this happening and how I make FF print off what I want and not what it wants?? Why doesn't FF have the ability to talk with a REAL LIVE person. Answers and questions and chats with other customers just doesn't do it sometimes, only real live people do!!

Upgraded to Win 10. Using private browsing mode, I tried to upgrade my theme but mozilla will only apply theme in regular mode, not private browsing mode. Is there a way to add the theme to private browsing mode which i use constantly. Nicer then the basic background currently displayed

The above question: result is that I am unable to search using Google search box. I want to stop the verify new home page box from automatically appearing every time I open Firefox. Please assist! Thanks.

If Firefox can't find any encoding declaration in bot HTTP response headers and web page meta tags, and also can't guess, it will use the default encoding.

But there are only two choices for default encoding: Unicode and Western, as set apart near the top of the "View | Text Encoding" menu item list.

Is it possible to add more choices e.g., Japanese (Shift_JIS)?

"Japanese" has always been selected for Auto-Detect. But not much help.

We have 5 certs (.pem) files that we really would like to be able to deploy through GPO, to avoid any of our end users having to click add (cut out confusion if possible) exceptions, etc. We are just trying to determine if this is possible to complete and how we might accomplish this if it can be done.

Hi. I'm trying to register for jury duty. I go to the web site, put in my info, hit next, and firefox prevents a redirect to the next site. I then hit "allow", but by this time, the jury website has timed out. Yes, it's quick. Can't figure out how to prevent firefox from not allowing the redirect. Get the same msg on my mail prog, but firefox allows that after a half second. Any help would be appreciated.

I downloaded from the website www.freeradiofmonline.com some software for listening to FM radio stations broadcasting via streaming. It worked fine. Then the toolbar for this disappeared. When I try to reinstall it I get a message saying that it is already installed. How do I either bring it back or uninstall it so that I can reinstall it?

Using Firefox v. 42.0 right now, but this has been happening since about v.39, I think.

NONE of my extensions show up in the list.

When I click on Tools/Add-ons, then on Extensions, I am told I don't have any of this type of file installed. However, running in the background (properly) is one of my extensions, "NoScript." (I'm not sure which other addons actually are installed and working but do not show up in the list.

The screen capture extension, "Lightshot" is notorious for disappearing (and requires it to be installed nearly every time I want to use it), but I have another dozen extensions that do not appear on the list.

What is the fix for this, please?

I have two computers, one home and one at work.

I have for a long time had Firefox synced up so that all addons that i install home also get installed at work.

Got a new computer at work now so i got a fresh installation of Firefox, latest version. Also got the latest version home.

I signed in with my sync account at work and pressed, sync now. Waited 24 hours with the computer going and firefox started.

Nothing happend. I restarted firefox and nothing happend. I went to my home computer and started firefox and pressed sync now and then waited one night (6-8hours). Then i went to work and started firefox and pressed sync now and waited a 2 hours. Nothing got synced to my work computer.

My home computer sitll got all the settings i want, all themes, addons, bookmarks etc. But why does it not show up at my work computer? No addons, no bookmarks etc.

I already have read all step by step guids and cant figure out what i am doing wrong in my process. Help please

Hello, I thought firefox disables extensions with compromised security. I see two bugs reported against LiveHTTPHeaders with no response to them for a long time. I think firefox should disable that extension globally until author takes care of the bugs (be they real or false alarms). I hope this is the right venue to ask about this.
