Firstly, I wish I would have been directed firstly to this composition box and not have to go through the unhelpful one-sentence route and rigamarole that brought me here.
Anyway, for over 24 hours now I've been unable to bring up Firefox onto my Windows XP-equipped computer, instead always receiving your Crash Reporter's notice that there was a problem, which also occurred when I went to the Mozilla homepage and tried downloading the latest version of Firefox after having sen the notice that I didn't have-and apparently still don't have-its latest iteration. This is especially urgent since I use your browser to access Facebook, where I've business correspondence to answer.
Furthermore, it was none too fun to wade through the several toll-free telephone numbers I found supposedly offering Mozilla technical support and running into nothing but dead ends and/or L O N G wait times by calling each. Perhaps you could do something to police that?
Since I'm here, I'm also curious as how to 1)transfer my Firefox bookmarks/favorites file to the Pale Moon browser, and 2)transfer that same file to a newly-refurbished Windows 10-equipped computer tower.
