I got the addon and not only did it *not* get rid of the zoom level indication, but it changes the look more than I'd like.

It seems this should be an easy "have" or "have not" option, with the default being "have not." You can add it on if you want it.

I've done everything everyone has suggested in the forums. I even reset Firefox back to default at the risk of losing all my bookmarks. The bookmarks are still there, I can see them in the "Bookmarks" pull-down menu. But the bar itself is gone. Everywhere where one would turn it on or off, it shows as checked on, but it isn't. I've checked it back off, restarted, checked it back on, restarted, nothing. Any light on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

I want to remove this in my add-ons: "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated. Update Now." "Shockwave Flash 15.0.r0" When I click update, FIrefox has blocked it: "Flash Player Plugin 14.0 to 15.0.0.242 (click-to-play) has been blocked for your protection." But I want to remove it completely - I have a 2. Shockwave Flash add-on that is an updated version.

I removed Firefox from my PC, restarted, reinstalled Firefox, but STILL, there is the SAME VULNERABLE SHOCKWAVE FLASH in the add-ons - how can this be??

Why is my old add-ons and preferences here after I have removed and reinstalled Firefox?? Why does FIrefox keep my info? How do I remove this old add-on? Or do I have to start using another browser in stead of Firefox?

Good afternoon! My name is Andrew - I've been using your browser for 10 years and I was happy with everything in his work. I hasten to inform you that about a week ago, the browser itself was automatically updated and instead of the usual fvd speed dial (an extension for using bookmarks), I had ("NEW TABLET" - screenshot attached). Firstly, I did not ask me to impose anything, Secondly, this service is terribly inconvenient, in the third place, I can not return the bookmarks I lost from the fvd speed dial extension. Please write how I can get back the work of the fvd speed dial extension and remove the "NEW TABLET" service. With all respect, Andrew

Firefox is great and I've been using it since the beginning. With Quantum, we lost some great extensions.

Can you please push out an update to customize the bookmark toolbar? I regularly use 20 bookmarks in my day-to-day and extensions used to allow multi-rows and icon-only. I cannot seem to customize to that level with the base product (Quantum) now.

Thank you

Jonathan

I use Firefox on macOS where, to close a tab, you use Cmd-W and Cmd-Q quits the program. W and Q are next to each other so I often accidentally press cmd-Q when I mean to close a tab.

In about:config I have browser.tabs.warnOnClose, browser.warnOnQuit and browser.showQuitWarning all set to true, but Cmd-Q still shows no warning. Reading some all blog post, this may be because I have session restore enabled, but restoring tab is not good enough as not everything is restored (for instance if you scrolled down on a page with infinite scrolling, like Twitter).

Before Firefox 57 I used an extension to ask for confirmation before closing but that extension is not compatible with Quantum.

Is there any way to get the warning again? Alternatively, any way to change the shortcut to close the app? (This may not be possible as Cmd-Q is a OS-wide shortcut with a partiuclar meaning on macOS.)
