I need to turn off my Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed setting.I have wrongly turn on this setting i need to turn off this setting.please help me to change it.

Hey everyone.

I decided to make a fresh windows install, and when i installed firefox as allways i logged in.

Normally when i have logged in on a fresh installation of firefox it startes with the sync and getting all my old booksmarks, add-ons, passwords etc. but this time i didn't.

I thought that was weird but didn't pay mind to it, i thought i might have needed some time to sync. After 4 hours nothing has happended yet.

things i have tried:

• Pressing Sync now under my profile
• Pressing sync now under settings
• Going to help - more techinical information - Databasen Places - Confirm integrety

I have to many things i would like to recover... this have never been an issue before? Do anyone have some tips?

So I've been having a problem with Firefox. Every time I open Firefox the last add-on on the taskbar is grayed out and doesn't work properly, it also makes it impossible to open any website, it just load infinitely. I have disable/enable the last add-on on my task bar in order for Firefox to work properly. It's really annoying and it just started to be like that for about 2 week.

I did an update to Mozilla 76.0.1 and it included Pocket. I am not sure why now but everytime I log off and back on again I have to log into everything using my passwords. How can I change tis setting and where.

If I shutdown my computer while Firefox is open, it will start up automatically with all of my previous tabs open next time I turn on my computer. It does this faster than my VPN can start up, thus exposing my true IP to what ever sites I had open when I turned off my computer. Is there any way to make it so that Firefox doesn't do this?

I know there a quite a few os this same question, but they're old and none of their solutions work.

I have checked Block Audio and Video Autoplay in my settings, but Firefox does not block them. Audio block seems to work sometimes but video block never does.

This is extremely annoying and I need help.

Occasionally after I have participated in a survey or used a chat window, that temporary window will continue to open each time the browser starts. These windows remain after the browser is closed and must be closed separately. I've checked for add-ons and only the two I need are shown.

The latest chat window opens twice! It is from my ISP after a support session yesterday. i can't really block that website, since chat is the only way to get service from the ISP. What causes this annoying problem and how do I stop it?

I decided to use Firefox, but I noticed some things that are missing.

1) Being able to color the favorites folders (at least set white, black or gray)

2) Black or gray background when I open a favorites folder (currently it's white)

3) Layout of folders open folders of favorites that adapt to the length of the name of the favorites

4) Ability to enter a different pin or master password, in order to access the passwords on mozilla firefox (if I leave my pc on, with firefox open, another person can go to the firefox settings and see all my messages in clear password.)

5) Incorrect display of GMail e-mail (a sliding bar appears in the center)

6) Ability to choose whether to scroll or decrease the tabs.

First of all, congratulations to everyone for the work done so far on Mozilla Firefox.

Ps: if you want I can post photos for every single point mentioned above.

Until 3 weeks ago I only needed 2 levels of questions to get into my bank account.

Now I have to go through 8 as my login details are not kept in Firefox. I always tick the "remember me" box but this does not work: i have to do the full log on every time.

so i installed the transgender theme and now i cannot start roblox and i even deleted the theme and set my old theme back and it still doesnt work, btw why does a fricking theme even break my whole browser

Yes, as soon as i bring the cursor to the Search box. the drop down box appears.

I opened my Home page and all of the boxes under Firefox Home Content I had unclicked during set up.

My home page is set to blank page and New Tabs the same.

I turned them back on to do as you described but the three dots never appeared in the corner and everything remained the same so i turned them off again.

Last night I went to bed and all my bookmarks were there. Today I woke up and all the bookmarks are gone on my laptop and the open tabs, add-ons etc. I am signed in. Restoration does not help (last backup is with today date). But on my smartphone I see them in bookmarks-> desktop bookmarks. How do I save them? I really don´t want to lose them.
