Hello again:

I just asked the question about the panel to the left of the left panel...

My reason for wanting to remove this new 'panel' is because I can not see the full text of my emails now unless I close the Left Panel.

I do have a wide computer monitor... never had a problem viewing my emails until FF installed the upgrade to 84.0.1.

Hi, I have FF 85, there is some setting that doesn't allow a new tab to open, without me having to give permission each time (another step and a time waster). Everything I have found, tells me to go to general settings and then go to "advanced" at the bottom of the general list and to change the setting there. There is no "advanced link to click, so I can't change this damn setting. This drives me crazy, as all help tells me to "go somewhere, that is not there". Help........why is it so difficult to change this simple setting, that was probably set incorrectly at some time in the past......... Help

I need a remedy. This is a site I frequently have accessed in the past, but now access with Chrome or Bing. I have re-installed the most recent Firefox version. I have no plugins, extensions or add-ons installed. Firefox will simply not go the this site. For no apparent reason.

I have changed the security settings in the Firefox browser so that I can block cookies. I am aware that almost all pages ask for it. But you can also make exceptions. I did this for my bank page, because I have to register my browser every time I close and reopen the browser. If I put the URL and the extension in the exceptions, only the basic URL is displayed, but not the extension.

This is the page for entering the login data. If I copy this URL into the exceptions for blocking cookies, only "https://banking.bankaustria.at" appears there. I still have to confirm my browser registration with a TAN.

Is there perhaps another option so that I don't have to register every time - other than generally allowing cookies?

Addons use to show up at the top right hand part of the screen. I have checked solutions but haven't found one that fixes the addon problem. I would like to see how many sites have been blocked. I asked this question a little earlier today and one community member said to click on the >> at the left of the tool bar. I do not have any of those marks on my tool bar. Any other suggestions? What happened to the print preview and print options? They just changed on my system. I can no longer print the page as viewed on my screen. Options are hard to change and image is cut off.

I followed this post to add your own background to the Firefox homepage from a year ago to a T (reading all the posts to not miss anything) but I cant seem to make it work. I'm wondering if this either doesn't work anymore, or I passed over something very minor somehow. I made sure to edit the URL to match my own and my picture name, I made a userChrome.css, I'm not too sure what to do. I'll have to look over it again later.

1 day ago firefox suggested I run refresh on my system. So of course I did without concern UNTIL I opened my webpages today and they are all different, smaller, harder to read and just not as they were before I ran refresh. I also didn't realize I would lose ONE TAB, but after reading about refresh I realized that would go away as well. I can live with that but I don't like the way webpages look. The pages look a little blurry as well. I'm using windows 10 and nothing else has been added and/or deleted. Any ideas? Thank you

There was a problem with my email account, and in the process Firefox locked my account because the email bounced. Now the problem is resolved, but my account is still locked.

I can't find the right place to ask for help. I'm hoping this is the right place.

I got a newer powerful computer & want to move over my 2 valid FF Profiles to the new computer. I have valid Profiles, but each time near the end while loading, they crash or do not load? I just posted a question and finally found the term for the problem: it's called Font Smoothing and I can't figure out how to do it. Every font displays broken up. The problem started around November.
