I am installing Firefox on my desktop. When I try to import my bookmarks from windows XP Internet Explorer 7 I get a message that say Firefox is no longer working. I have limited computer experience so I really don't know how to approach this problem. I tried the help page suggestions, i.e, restart with add-ons disabled with no success. Please help a senior citizen! I used Foxfire successfully on another machine. Thanks Jim

after upgrading to 8.0 firefox started crashing. I click on the icon to start it, it checks my plugins, then starts to open then crashes. I totally uninstalled it and started from scratch and it still happens. I've checked everything you have suggested I think. I'm using chrome to download firfox.

How do you add folders and organize bookmarks? I've been able to do it in the past, but can't seem to figure it out now

After upgrading my bookmarks list shows fewer entries than before; the directions have you search for a profiles folder that does not exist.

After upgrading Firefox on about the 9th of November, I lost the bookmark list that I had before, and could access from my home page. Now it does not appear there. When I follow the directions on your mozillazine.org help page, I am told to search for a profile folder that does not exist with this version.

2 users on computer. both are using FF 8.0 #1 old version of the bookmark menu and it is working.#2 is using a different menu is not working. I want both to use the same as #1 so both users are using the same bookmarking method?

Hi, I have a problem which occur only in Firefox (in IE not happening): When I middle click the mouse it opens a new tab, but it also push my website to the top of the page & I need to drag all the way back to where I was. Please I need a solution! Thanks
