I have lost years of bookmarks upon upgrading from 3.5 to 3.6. None of the suggested solutions on forum have helped and in fact I don't see any responses from Mozilla just other users. I've reinstalled 3.5 as some other users said that reinstated their bookmarks but it did no good with mine. What's up Mozilla? Are you going to leave us all hanging out to dry without a fix to your really bad mistake. Help your users or you are going to lose many.

When I am using Firefox search and click to a web page, then close that web page, Firefox search page is gone. I have to re-open Firefox for each search.

No matter what I try, I have no option to return to 3.5.9. 3.5.10 doesn't open websites and 3.6 was a mess too. HELP!

My email pops up when I use Firefox, but when I switched firefox, it started deleting emails after one week.

I was adding my husb as a user with no passwords ever , except for certain programs we are both disabled. I restarted the computer and in the next session I unzipped a folder attempted to re-zip it would not allow me to do so. I shut the system down for the night the day I was missing. My email is the only thing I use in live and I cannot access it. If there is anything you can do I would sincerely appreciate. As I type in something on the Search Bar ( ex. Google)I get switched in the middle to the Yahoo's search bar. it's driving me nuts!

Site loads ok, but no address bar, where i type in www.whatever.com. I have search button, but that's not what i want. I want to be able to go to any website i type in. What happened to the address bar? Or is there something wrong at my end?

I deleted files from my bookmarks after clicking them open, copy-pasted them all on Microsoft Word one file after another. I tried to save it in my memory stick but the sand dial keeps on and on and on and on. I clicked something to stop it and re-try but I guess I clicked end task. So there. Is there a chance I can recover those files? It took me several months to save those files. I know I can research again but that was different because those were my selections when the topic was still hot in my brain.
