Last Tuesday I deleted all references to Firefox. It was a combination error with one of my spam folder. There was nothing wrong with Firefox - it was all in my head (I'm nearly 80, so you can figure that out!}

Gmail sidebar loads Calendar no error but sidebar empty/clear/white; Calendar only (other sidebar apps eg Tasks or Contacts load fine); Firefox only (other browsers eg Chrome or Edge no problem.

Two questions, please

1) My Firefox ANT add-on extension apparently has a file "time limit" set to greater than 2 minutes. In other words, if I try to download a file online that is 2 minutes or less in time (i.e.- an audio file), the ANT application does see recognize or allow it. Is there a way to change this so that any file, regardless of time, can be downloaded?

2) Whenever I open Firefox, a Mozilla Policy File also opens in a second tab. Is there a way to stop this from happening every single time? It's VERY annoying!

I have a DSL router and can not talk to it. It does not support https protocols but when I put in the address 192.168.0.1/status.html it changes it to https:192.168.0.1/status.html. This is a laptop and I have talked to another route that uses https at the same address but at a different location. How do I stop it from doing this?

When I browse youtube I normally open videos in a new tab by right clicking on the thumbnail and selecting open in new tab - Menu is displayed with options specific to the LINK i just right-clicked on. i.e. "open link in new tab" , "open in new window" , "bookmark link", etc.

Now, when I right click on a youtube video thumbnail, a different menu appears, with options relating to the PAGE (itself)- i.e. "save page as..." , "save page to pocket", arrows to go to previous/next page, etc.

I tried to troubleshoot in safe mode but it's the same problem. This is on both my PC and Mac. What could the problem be? Appreciate your help!

This is a duplicate question because it was not solved the last time, and there were no other replies.

1. Works on all other browsers, but Firefox plays only audio and a blurry video (see screenshot). 2. PC is equipped with a beefy i9-13700 and RTX 4080; even with that CPU, disabling hardware acceleration eats up almost 25-30% CPU and it is not practical to watch videos that way. 3. Is this bug really not that common? Is it just me and that's why there's no traction for fixing this bug? 4. How do I elevate this request so someone takes action, in case we find no solution in this thread?

I want to remove any and all auto suggested search options from the search bars within whatever website I visit, such as the one shown below. This is not related to auto suggested options with Firefox's URL bar. This is for the search bar within websites.

When using an email "button" on a website to contact the owner, the email composition box that pops up always fills in the From line with my iCloud email address. How do I change that (permanently) to a different account?

I have a vision problem and can only read if dark mode is on. I have dark mode on for firefox but when I go to a website from settings, the back ground is white and blinds me. help

I can no longer use roboform or eversync in the new extension button. this is a deal breaker and I have used firefox for the past 20 years or so. the problem is both these addons do not give me the option to pin to the toolbar. I need to do this to use their functions. Help!!!! I am using version 114

I cannot get the Firefox Browser Page to fit the screen on my laptop. I constantly have to hit <cntrl> - or + to zoom in and out. I have to do this for every tab I open. This isn't an issue with other browsers. I'm about fed up and ready to quit Firefox. I'm not "tech savvy" so if you respond use baby language. I'm operating on Windows 11.

i have this problem even though delete cookies and site data is off and remember history is on. it is very frustrating and i started using mozilla today. it was a disappointment for me from the beginning. if i can't solve this problem i will switch to other browsers.

How can I revert my sync data to what I had been using on my newer computer, following the use of an old outdated computer ? My bookmarks, passwords et al. have reverted to the old data.

I have tried to turn off sync on the older machine that I rarely use. There are many bookmarks that I need to recover now on the new machine. I had everything selected to sync to the newer data on the older machine, but it would not sync. Now my new machine shows the the old data!

I no longer have the bookmark icon available on the tool bar. ALL bookmarks have vanished. Tried using tips to restore with no success. Also have lost all saved passwords. Not getting anywhere to solving this
