I prefer to use the Microsoft Store version of Firefox, but after every update I have to allow it all over again in Windows Firewall. There must be something I can do about this so it won't happen again. And yes I know it's because it thinks it's a new application, but Edge does not have the problem. So there must be a workaround for this.

Firefox with MAC OS 11.7.11 no longer works with SURFSHARK, TRANSMISSION OR FOLX I have reinstalled those applications I can start with my VPN (SURFSHARK) but as soon as I access a bit torrent, Firefox no longer functions.

Hello. I'm iranian and i need to use vpn to search some sites like pinterest, youtube, freepik&... . for that i add veepn extention on my firefox. It connects but doesn't run on the site also till using the extention, browsing gets some problems and my browser doesn't work properly. Even recently it works slower. I don't know what is the problem to fix it; so I tried to ask your team. Thanks for your attention.

I run Nord vpn, I always exit FF with a bunch of open tabs so I can continue where I left off. When I launch my vpn I either get a page with Secure Connection Failed, or sometimes your something about forbidden. My nephew told me it could have something to do with "keep alive" and the vpn doesn't know the same route is no longer available until it tries to send data. He says there are settings for keep Alive connection or to shorten the connection duration.

once in a while when I fire up my vpn it will load new tabs without issue, usually I have to keep turn Nord on and off until I finally works.

I have st installed Lime on my old Asus Zenbook an have installed Nord VPN. I am using the Firefox browser showing connected to the internet but am unable to access my webmail account and its popping up messges advising Problem loading webpage and another showing 502 Bad gateway. I am also having problem with the Zenbooks Keyboard with keys randomly not operating when pressed but will work after a prolonged or multi pressing.

I have a whole mountain of Mozilla/Firefox URLs blocked in Pihole. Unfortunately, that is apparently necessary to protect my privacy and not have to install forced updates every day or two with a mandatory restart of my browser included.

To my great surprise, I see that the last 2 updates just came through. The first one I can understand becuase I had Pihole open for test_purposes. But that is closed and this morning I got another one. Has the update_procedure changed? Are the IPs hardcoded or is DOH being used to get past my firewall?

If so, I need the ip addresses because I don't have the time to go put a Wireshark on it. Unfortunately then Mozilla will also show up in pfSense also. Or I choose a completely different option to say goodbye to Firefox after al those decades. Because I'm totally done with having to invest a lot of work because my browser can't behave.

Please help because I can't find it within an hour search.

I try to get on the internet likeFlooring, Redding Ca., and your browser doesn't take me to a search engine. Instead says connection can't be made. Something is wrong on your end. My other browsers work. And when I attempt to other, direct sites that already have been mapped out there is no problem with your browser. So let me know.

The proxy settings just don't apply. I set the settings on the system, all programs work via proxy except Firefox (set to use system proxy settings). If I set the proxy manually in Firefox, the connection still doesn't go through the proxy.

I found that only the very first connection after starting Firefox goes through the proxy, absolutely all subsequent connections do not go through the proxy.
