Dear Mozilla Support Team, I am reporting a security concern regarding my Mozilla account. I received two emails from Mozilla indicating account activity that I did not initiate. The notifications showed a login/account access attempt from a Windows 10 device in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, on Monday, 27 July 2026. I did not perform this login or authorise anyone else to access my account. I am concerned that someone may have gained access to my account without my permission, and I would like to understand how this happened and what steps I should take to secure my account. Please help me with the following: Confirm whether the login activity was successful or only an attempt. Provide any available details about the access (such as device, location, or method used). Advise me on additional steps to protect my account. I have already changed my password and will enable two-factor authentication if it is not already active. I used to ignore these, but today I clicked through to see the extended code and it looks like the unauthorization was to log into my bank account at CHASE, which is concerning. I have a separate login, not an automatic one. I someone trying to get into my bank account?

I received an email threatening to cancel Firefox because of inadequate usage. Is this for real or a scam? I do use Firefox but, perhaps not enough for Mozilla's rules? I would regret losing this privilege. Thanks.

I believe I was hacked into. One minute I'm signed in the next minute after I leave a site I am being asked to sign back in again and again. This time someone is changing my sign in credentials.why??

Iam getting statements saying someone living in same town as I getting on my account with a Linux or android what is Linux representing and when they say android with one ?? I have 3 different thing's i use but I never use a computer. Lap top or desk type???.

Hello I am presently running OS10.9.5 on a MacMini from 2013 because there are some expensive programs on there that I will lose when I update the OS. I now know I need to do that regardless. My question is: What OS version should I upgrade to for a secure version of Firefox and, MOST IMPORTANTLY... will my Comcast email account and bookmarks be carried into the upgraded Firefox browser? A couple months ago I started getting pop-ups from Firefox notifying me of e-mail messages in my AOL tab.

The pop-ups appear randomly, and do not cover all e-mail messages, only what appears to be random ones.

The pop-up appears in a generally black box. Firefox in the upper left corner, and then some variant of an e-mail message from my in-box.

The message (pop-up) even appears in the log-in window, when I have locked the computer and have yet to re-sign-in.

I believe I have my Firefox pop-up parameters correctly set.

So AOL or something in Windows-10??

Example email attached. Mozilla support emails say requests are coming from a windows 10 device but I am on 11. Is this a sign that something is wrong with my account or just a typo?
