I was trying to log in to my Firefox Sync account on my MacBookPro with newly installed MacOS Mojave. But I'm always get the "Incorrecct Password" error message. I'm pretty sure typing the right password, because I'm using it on my other devices (another MacBook and an Android Phone). And when I'm trying to reset the password, I get the "You've tried too many times" message even though it was my first time trying to reset the password. I can't even create an Account Recovery Key. I'm also getting the "Incorrect Password" when I tried to create the key. Any help? I'm kinda desperate here. It's been 2 days I'm trying to login to my Firefox Sync account/create a Recovery Key.

I downloaded firefox to my new laptop and signed in and last time I did this all my bookmarks, passwords, etc. were on the new laptop. It is not letting me do it and I don't have firefox on my Iphone

My laptop needed a refresh and all data needed to be erased. Thinking Firefox has synced all my bookmarks and settings I happily reset my laptop but now I just installed Firefox again and logged in but there is no settings, no bookmark! What happened to the bookmarks? Is syncing really reliable?

I have sent a number of tabs from Firefox on my phone to Firefox on my laptop. Despite phone Firefox saying they had been sent, the tabs never arrived on my laptop's Firefox. Where did they go? How do I get them back? I closed the tabs on my phone already; sending them to my laptop was part of cleaning house on my phone.

I'm moving to a new computer and installed Firefox.

I've done a sync and everything moved over except for my container settings/configuration.

On the new Windows PC, the Firefox settings look like this: If I go to the Sync settings for Firefox: about:preferences?entrypoint=fxa_app_menu#sync It says: You are currently syncing these items. But Containers is not on the list.

If I go to the General settings for Firefox: about:preferences#general It says: Enable Container Tabs is checked but greyed out.

If I go to the Firefox Multi-Account Containers settings, Enable synchronisation is checked.

If I can't get sync to work, is there a file I can copy from the old computer and move to the new one that has all the Container conifguraiton details?

My laptop unfortunately broke and i lost my password for my Firefox account and i unfortunately lost my sync data when resetting. Is there a way to get back my data ?

i hope to ask in the right way. i got a problem yesterday. Firefox stop working (when i try to go a webpage and/or open settings) nothing happened. i searched here and to be quick it was problem with VCRUNTIME140_1.dll missing. unfortunately before understanding it was enough to copy the file in the directory of Mozilla i decided to uninstall and reinstall firefox and this come the surprise: i have created my profile like for other browsers so i was thinking once re-enter in my profile theme, settings, bookmarks and passwords were restored..... and actually they are but not the actual ones... some 6-months or 1 year ago version.... WHY???

i changed a lot in this period and this is not good for me. luckily i was able to import manually bookmarks as i have backup of all my hard drive did 2 days ago but passwords, themes, settings.... how it happens? it was my mistake in something? i thought sync was useful in this scenario....now i have fear that even if i fix everything next time i will have same problem..... SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH. i hope it was clear what happened to me.
