Firefox won't update. It downloads and says 'unable to verify the integrity of the incremental update', so it downloads the whole version. But this doesn't work. Even if I download using Safari it won't install.

I have windows 7 on dell laptop. I am working on a Word Document and want to go to a diff window for some information. I click on the FF icon on my desktop and get a message that says...FF is already running but is not responding. To open a new window, you must close the existing ff process or restart your system..how do you close the existing ff process?

I noticed that I have to add the s to the end of HTTP:// on some websites or I'll get an error page. How do I fix it so that HTTPS:// appears on its own?

I like to zoom in in certain web site pages to make them easier to see/read but now that I've downloaded the newest version of Firefox every time I click on something on a page that I have zoomed in on the new page's zoom setting is reset. How can I fix this, it is so annoying!

I downloaded several add-ons. I have discovered that do not like them, and want to delete them. However, I cannot find a way to do that. The add-ons that want to delete are Feedly, Similar Web, and Xmarks.

I keep several tabs open, and save them when I close Firefox. Sometimes, I'll reopen Firefox, and the tabs are gone. How do I get them back or keep Firefox from deleting them?

Hello, I bought Asus G73JH-TZ008V full HD 17. I have a big problem of displaying all web sites: all the web sites display in reduced size of -30% around. I have the same problem with Google Chrome but not with Internet Explorer!!!!!???

What could i do? ASUS suport says it's a Mozzila bug!!

Firefox cannot access the license agreement and therefore will not load updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser. This did not solve the problem. The updates are not installed because the license agreement, which the software cannot find, is not signed.

Our sysadmins upgraded firefox from 3.5.7 to 3.6.3 a little over a month ago. Since then, when I try to start firefox 3.6.3 after a normal quit from it it immediately exits with status code 1. I can still run firefox 3.5.7 which starts and runs ok. Furthermore, if I quit from 3.5.7, 3.6.3 will then start and run ok. This seems to be the only way to get 3.6.3 to run.

Terminal Server 2008 with all updates applied Firefox stopped responding when you open. No Crash logs. Uninstalled application and deleted all custom app files and profiles. Clean installed 3.6.3 and when you open Firefox starts to load but then locks up and is unresponsive.

Have tried new Profile and new user in terminal same issue applies

I use Session Planner, which is part of the Soccer specific website. It works fine in 3.5.7 or earlier versions, but not in 3.6.3. When I try to do anthing in the session planner, it puts me back on the homepage. Not sure why this is so.

I created a self-signed trusted root authority certificate using Microsoft's makecert utility - this is for a test environment... I imported it into the IE environment using Microsoft's MMC utility and it works fine. Using IE I can browse to our test server using https with no problem.

When I export that certificate out of the IE environment (using MMC) in a base64 format (DER also) and try to import it into Firefox I get an error, "This is not a certificate authority certificate, so it can't be imported into the certificate authority list." How can I get firefox to trust a test CA certificate?

I log into some websites & firefox takes me back to the original page. Also I don't seem to be able to get pop ups anymore!
