I keep having display problems with one website in particular. I keep clearing the website cache, and it temporarily rectifies the problem, only to have it return when more data ends up in the website cache. I am clearing this cache several times a day. I tried closing and reopening Firefox, but that does not clear the cache, even though it is set to clear all browsing history upon closing.

At work I always log on to the Bendigo Bank to look at transactions on our bank account. I need to print them off once a week. Since last week the pages don't print properly. Instead of showing the entire transactions, they are now half covered because the left hand side of the print page is covered by the bank's menu which always shows at the side of the webpage. I contacted the bank who said they'd had other firefox users complaining about this. They said that it's firefox's fault and follows an update which was done. Please can you help? I have attached a snipping tool image of the problem.

I have been experiencing BSOD on my Dell XPS 9500, each time with the error message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

After analyzing the crashdump with WinDbg, it appears the culprit is Firefox. I have experienced 5 crashes in the past week and in each case, the analysis reveals Firefox as the culprit.

Below is the output of the analysis of the last crash dump. Someone please take a look and advise.

I have verified my Firefox is up to date.

Hey, I with through different ways to try and recover my bookmarks and saved passwords after my pc went through a forced update to the new windows OS. I checked other E-mails to see if I may have used the wrong one to login to Firefox, though I only have one. Even check in about:profiles. I can't find any file in my Mozilla folder to try and restore or import bookmarks. I am at a loss and would appreciate any help in this before I start trudging through trying to get my bookmarks back one by one.

I know there were quite a few people that did not like the 98.0 update to the Downloads Panel... but I was definitely not one of them, haha. I loved it, and so did several friends of mine! Unfortunately, I, along with my 4 Windows devices, no longer have that feature. :( When something is downloaded, I am now prompted with the Windows prompt to "Open with Firefox , Open , or Save" instead of it popping up in the Download Panel with the "Open , Save" options. When I choose save and the location, the file is downloaded and a green checkmark shows on the download icon, but it doesn't open.

Strangely, it DOES open if I have that file type set to "Open with Firefox" automatically... but no other option does it work for, when it 150% did before. I have the "Show panel when download begins" option checked, and I also made sure my about:config option is "true" - still doesn't work. :'( Can anyone help me? Thank you so much!

I need to download the helper application to be able to download adobe.

The instructions below are for Firefox 3.0. This version does not match. Please help

To be able to download, add Adobe's site to the list of "allowed sites" in Firefox:

On the Tools menu, select Options; click the Content icon
Check the "Block pop-up windows" box, then the Exceptions button
On the "Allowed Sites - Popup" window, enter www.adobe.com in the Address box and click Allow, then Close.
On the Tools menu, select Add-ons; click the "Get Extensions" link in the lower right corner of the popup window.
On the Add-ons page, select Plugins from the menu on the left.
Click the green Install Now button that appears under the Acrobat Reader header.
Adobe's Reader page is displayed. Follow the instructions for downloading the correct version.
A "Software Installation" box is displayed; click Install Now.

I am trying to transfer my cookies from Chrome over to Firefox, yet the import wizard has no mention of cookies under the chrome category. Things such as Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer have the cookies tab available.

I read that there was a way to do it manually, but I'm unsure of how.

I know things such as CookieBro exist, but I'm unsure if they're safe and they seem like a way to get all my tokens logged.

I've installed Firefox 105.0.3 on a machine with a fresh installation of Windows. I've left the machine running overnight. The next morning, Firefox stops loading pages. When I check C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox, I can see that Firefox.exe has a file date of July, instead of October: all the files in this folder are now for version 102 instead of 105. This has happened several times in a row now. What could be causing this problem?

Using the latest version of Firefox 105. If I click on a Youtube short on any channel the page opens and immediately plays the short below the one I selected. I then the use the scroll wheel to jump back to the original short, however, often when I do this the page has trouble going up to the first short in the sequence, stuttering a bit when I scroll back up. When it gets there a further problem occurs, only the audio of the short plays, not the video. Going back and selecting the short again fixes it. Very strange issue, started happening about a few weeks ago. Now October 2022.

Hello,

recently i've bought a new microsoft surface studio laptop and i noticed that when i am watching something on youtube, netflix or any other platform the video (sound is ok) is freezing after 9-10 sec of watching. I checked my componetns, temperatures, but then i tried another browser - google chrome. It worked smoothly. I use firefox since 2013 and i love it, but now I am considering switching to a different browser, because something is wrong here and it's not a hardware problem but rather a software issue, which is obviously firefox here... I am open for any advices on how to fix this freezing problem and just to be clear: i really don't want to change my browser... i like it :(

Best Regards Micheal
