On Linux Mint 22 on my desktop, the buttons in the RH top corner are tiny. I have measured the minimise line and it is under 2mm long.

I have tried various searches to see if these controls could be made larger, but most questions suggest changing the theme. I don't want to do that, and I'm sceptical that it would make any difference anyway.

Has anyone got any suggestions how they could be made bigger?

I'm using the MATE desktop.

здравствуйте, опять проблема после обновления, сейчас 21:41 20.05.2026 по мск. буквально 2 часа назад все было хорошо но возникла эта проблема(поменялись цвета, те что светлее раньше были не такими, на фото в чате выше это видно). На втором скрине поменялось положение выскакивающей поисковой строки, она ушла выше на 20-30 пикселей

I just installed the latest version of Firefox. Now the reload button has gone from the toolbar.

When I click on customize toolbar it is not there either so I can't add it back.

Can someone please tell me how to get his back?

I've tried resetting and that didn't make a difference.

I have my ... what do you call it? ... GTK? set up to widen the scroll bar when I hover over it. Problem is that it widens *before* the mouse cursor has moved onto the narrow bar -- it widens as soon as the cursor moves onto the territory that *will be* on the wider bar and thus, if there's a click button at the very edge of the page, it gets hidden by the expanded bar. Would it not make more sense to only expand the bar if the cursor actually moves onto it?

I have been using my userchrome.css for many years.

However, now Firefox ignores css style for all menu backgrounds after upgrading to v152.

However, now all my menu backgrounds (e.g File, Edit, Bookmarks, etc, see attached screenshot) are black with a see through background.

I would like to return to my original menu settings backgrounds. How do I do it please?

i really need this colour switch pls. my firefox kept crashing with no explanation (maybe some extension i had, then deleted when the crashes began) so i had to reset the whole thing. now the appearance has changed. i had put back my background picture, witch was fine with me, but the text was black instead of white like it used to. and it makes me use firefox less. i think its something to do with the website contrast but I'm not sure.

I am using Win 11, Microsoft Powertoys > Fancy Zones to manage the screen space on my 5120 x 1440 monitor. I also have System > Display > Multiple Displayers "Remember window locations based on monitor connection" enabled.

Any program I have besides FF will load up exactly where I had it last. FF shifts I am guessing 8 pixels to the right (or left, as this occurs if I close FF on the right side of the monitor.) If you look at the screenshots, the "opened at default" picture shows what FF looks like when I open it. You can see the xulstore.json file shows the screenX position is -8. If I manually type in 0, close out FF and reopen it, it will still shift back to the right a bit even with the .json still saying 0

How do I do one less thing when I turn the pc on and have FF open exactly as far left as possible instead of shifting over to the right?

On Firefox(Archlinux) i can't change website fonts. "firefox-151.0.4.tar.xz" https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-ssl&os=linux... can't either. Even though FF-snap and FF-flatpak can. How can i fix ?

I do not have the function to customize my display screen to dark anymore after the last update, why? The screen shot below used to be a White on Black screen before the last update now it Black on White and I cant change it back

I want a toolbar with boxes surrounding each new tab. I need to find the right extension to do this. A different color for each box would be good too. When I add new ones they all run togethrr and only show in a box when highlighted. I used to have boxes separating them all... I play a game where I have about thirty open and boxes make them easier to see...

I am running 150.0.1 on Debian with Cinnamon. I set the fonts to use for Chinese to a custom fonts, where I left Latin fonts to use untouched, I found I must set Latin to use my custom Chinese fonts in order to display Chinese webpage properly, where the English fonts will get out of place, extra spacing in Apostrophe for example, "It's" will become "It 's", this is particular trouble when viewing on Youtube. But I set to use the same custom fonts on Chrome both English and Chinese displayed perfectly.

bold text I want to include my bookmarks and other bookmarks on the left side of each site I am on. When I open Firefox I cannot see my vertical bookmarks as I always do.

I updated my tablet to a Surface Pro 12 running Windows 11. I installed Firefox on my Surface Pro but I've noticed that all the websites I visit, that the page is outside of my viewing area. I've tried to find a way to fill the webpage to fit within my screen size without luck. I always need to scroll to the right to view the extra content. Is there a method to view the webpage within my screen size..?

Each time I open Fire Fox, the window in NOT FULL ... I need to select the either F11 or the diagonal with arrow endpoints.

Surely there is a default settings that opens Fire Fox to full window allowing selection of website icons.
