Hello! My Firefox version is 91.11.0esr Several months ago Firefox starts behave this way. It's much more convenient when speaker button always appears on tab. It's absolutely incomprehensible why developers did it with Firefox. Who likes to waste time searching for noisy tab. I wish it work like before.

Firefox isn't loading anything, not even the about:configs page, this happened out of nowhere, i tried reinstalling it, restarting it but nothing is solving the problem, im using the lastest version btw

I was wondering if I can enable this function (that green text saying "Mozilla Foundation (US)") or it was deleted. If it's still in browser, can someone show me how to enable it?

Since the last Firefox update to 108.01, or that is when I first noticed this problem. When I have many tabs open right to the end of the tab bar the new tab + disappears off the screen. The more tabs I open it does correctly automatically reduce the width of the tabs but pushes the + tab off to the right, this never use to happen before it always kept the new tab + in view.

I have an issue that about:config > browser.link.open_newwindow keeps setting itself to '2', so I have to repeatedly go in and reset it to '3'.

Not entirely sure what could've caused this, all I've been able to find is this here support article with another bloke having the samme issue, but what seemed to be only once.

I haven't done much in way of troubleshooting, as I'm not really sure how to go about doing that for a browser.

If I had to guess, it would be either something updating, or an extension yanking my chain, so here's the list of every extension I have installed:

Image interactibility has changed since the last Firefox update.

It used to be I could do a Google search and I could click on the images on the main search result page (under the 'All' section, not the 'Images' section) and they would open in a new tab immediately.

Since the update when I click on an image it docks the image to the right...when I need it to open in a new tab.

If I can't get this fixed I will be going back to a previous version.

Windows 10 OS Build 19044.2251 Firefox version 107.0.1

Please, I want my tab's x back no matter how many tabs are open. My monitor is very large so I can see. Looking for close tab after right click, is a problem for my eyes as I have to get up close to my monitor and then it takes too long to find the close tab. Just a few hours ago, the x disappeared, even on the tab I had open, and I didn't have as many tabs open as I usually do.

I did some looking and i found that you had changed it a long time ago but it only just affected me now (my (computer is not even a year old), even my laptop had the x on each tab (although I haven't used it in two weeks). I rely on the tab's x, especially the tab that I have open, no matter how many tabs, there is no x anymore at all, unless i have fewer than seven tabs open on my 27 monitor. I even changed the minimum tab size without result. No x on the tabs, no x on the tab I'm using. Thank you for your time spent reading this old woman's rant, i'm sorry for the bother. Whenever I open Firefox, it opens every tab from my previous session. I don't want this - if I closed the window, it was because I wanted it closed, and I don't need any automated system to re-open everything on the off chance I was wrong. I believe the setting for this is on the General tab, but as you can see in the attached screenshot, it's definitely off, yet the feature won't go away. I also tried changing the config settings, as listed here:

How do I stop Firefox opening these tabs without permission?

As the title says, ctrl+tab simply doesn't do anything anymore for me. All the other hotkeys (ctrl+t, ctrl+1, etc.) are working normally. I haven't changed any settings or installed any extensions lately. It still doesn't work if I restart into Troubleshoot mode.

I really can't figure out what happened.

when i open a new tab i want it to go to https://uk.yahoo.com/. how can i achieve this please, as loosing the will to live. Many Thanks Steve

Hello, currently using 120.0.1 (64-bit) for macos and would like to know how to change behavior: When i'm trying to modify url in tab i'm currently working on and press enter/return it opens modified url in new tab for some reason. But when i hold option it opens it in current tab, is there any way to make it as default behavior? Thank you very much👍

Hello, Please tell me how to remove the tab on the far left of the photo. I can close tabs, but this one is permanent. It is there whenever I open up Firefox.

As Firefox was acting up I was going to uninstall and reinstall. It was suggested that I "refresh" it instead. Following that "refresh" my tabs bar is missing. How do I get it back? Also now the address bar is below the bookmarks bar. I can live with that but I need the tabs bar. FFOX 120.0.1 on Windows 11

I'm having this issue where sometimes, when I double-click to download a link or open a downloads item, it opens the same bookmark page instead. This is the page, and not sure if it's alphabetical, since this pages starts with an 'a' "https://authorspublish.com/#optin" Wondering how I can get this to stop changing the page I am on and opening the bookmark.

The dot which goes back and forth on a tab while a page is loading stopped working. A page will still load but I have no idea when. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it that didn't work.I tried the troubleshoot mode nothing there helped.....I downloaded the latest update.....still no help....I've never seen this before and I've been using firefox since it's beginning. There's only a hourglass shaped icon in the tab now.
