I just today upgraded to Windows 11 using the save apps and files option. Now I notice several times that Firefox occasionally crashes to a white, then black screen which requires me to log back into my windows account. Is this a known issue?

It appears that I have a zombie Firefox browser running because when I close the browser using the top right 'X' button, the Firefox processes are still running when I check Task Manager.
If I end the Firefox task and reopen Firefox the first attempt seems to be stuck crashing because there's no crash log, but I can see in the task manager there's a crashhelper. A second attempt opens just fine, but the issue with that is my previously opened browsers are gone even with the setting to reopen them is enabled.
I've tried reinstalling, disabling my extensions, and updating Java, but none of these resolve the issue.
Since "upgrading" to Ver 142 and have Firefox open my Mac is continuously shutting restarting then after a few minutes it goes into same routine.

It happened again a few minutes ago while watching Star Trek First Contact. The Phoenix was about to go to warp and Firefox CTD with no crash reporter and when I looked in about:crashes there was no crash report. This exact situation happened twice while watching the movie Signal unknown or whatever the title is.

At any time, I receive a notice at the top of the page stating that I'm not connected to the internet, accompanied by the Firefox Symbol. I have to restart, and then it holds for a bit before crashing again.

Today when it was very important I ha access to my patient portals, FF decided to crash all tabs. What was the reason for that? I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get back on line while I am attending to a sick patient here at home. FF also wants to update in the middle of the day but I am never notified of it. Instead everything locks up and I have no clue why. I hope you can do something about that! Like maybe let me know that FF needs updating before it locks up, crashes, etc.

Hello. I had been experiencing a lot of freezes, hang ups, and disconnectivity with crash messages asking me to either restart Firefox, or quit firefox ! I finally just recently downloaded again from your website and in order to function it defaulted to Safe Mode. How do I correct this ? Note: The website is currently operational but not at 100% ! When in Settings nothing can be done and it advises that it's because it's in Safe Mode ! How do I correct this ?
