I am testing my website https://www.nextwebi.com

for accessibility and usability in Mozilla Firefox.

While checking, I noticed a few issues:

Keyboard navigation is not working smoothly (Tab key skips some sections) Screen readers are not properly identifying certain buttons and links Focus indicators are not clearly visible on interactive elements

I want to improve the accessibility of my website to ensure it works well for all users, including those using assistive technologies.

Are there any Firefox-specific tools or developer options to debug accessibility issues? Also, what are the best practices to fix ARIA roles and improve navigation?

Hi, I was wondering if you still have the word processing program, similar to Microsoft Word. I seem to remembering using it when I was in College some years back. If you do how do I access it?

because of my vision i use the contrast theme feature in win11. it works great except in my firefox browser 152.02. its dropdown menus are not in the contrast theme, therefore they are hard for me to read. is there a fix?

Despite having receiving an invite (an email titled-Your Smart Window invitation is waiting) to try the Smart Window, on click, I land on a screen for joining the waitlist.

Wondering if I'm alone facing this or it is just another bug.

I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). I saw that it could possibly take up to four days for my purchase to be reflected, but I wanted to get ahead of this potential problem ASAP. Thank you! I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox. Every email link in my mail.com email.com account now fails with this message: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG No Firefox setting changes are helping, but if I forward that and other emails with a link to another mail account I have, they links work perfectly fine. So I ave to conclude it is a Firefox issue, but I don;t understand how to fix it. Can anyone advise me, please? [redacted] @writeme.com

When Firefox opens, I sign in to my email address and when that page opens - it says at very top of screen that Firefox is not responding and stays that way. Refreshed, restarted, pressed delete cache and nothing will correct this. No issue for years until last week so please fix or advise how to do so. Thanks. Herb [redacted email from public]
