I cannot find a way to permanently increase the size of the fonts in the bookmarks toolbar. the fonts are so small I cannot read them. Why has firefox never addressed this issue? There has to be a reasonable way to do this and if not, why not?
And how about being able to change font size throughout the application?

I would like to open a new tab when I open a new link instead of the last page I am on falling behind. The old page should remain and new link/page open separately. Example of what I would like. I open Firefox and my homepage is yahoo. I click on a bookmarked tab to go to youtube it opens in a second tab. How can I launch Firefox in full screen mode? I created an executable file for simultaneously launching two browser tabs at once. He works. But I need the browser itself to open in full screen mode. In this form, as if the "deploy" button was pressed. Please tell me what you need to add to the lines of the executable file. Or maybe there is another way. I know how to create shortcuts, but what I am trying to do is create shortcuts on my Firefox home page. With Chrome I think I click on Add Shortcut, type in a name and below it the web URL. Takes a few seconds. So many of the results I get for Firefox are years old, very old versions of Firefox. My Firefox is the latest version. It can't be this difficult. Two clicks and a little typing and Chrome adds one.

Recently the web push notifications got a popup UI that is really disturbing. Show up on all desktops etc., it interrupts me in what I’m doing. I really very strongly dislike this change.
I would like to revert to how it was before (pre-76.0 ? Not sure exactly which version): - notifications get sent to my desktop/OS’s notification center (running OpenSuse + KDE), - no popup is displayed when a notification is triggered.
That way: - notifications will respect the OS « do not disturb » mode, - notifications get shown through a unified UI for all applications, - I can pick how « interrupting » I want each notification to be, - In particular I can focus while on my computer without being interrupted, and poll the notifications occasionally.
Is there a way (maybe a about:config option) to keep notifications but disable the popup behaviour?

When I opened my computer, Firefox had crashed with the bug report window open. Without thinking however, I clicked on the Firefox icon in the toolbar which opened a new session in the homepage instead. When that happened, it didn't give me the option to restore my previous session (the option was grayed out) and hitting "Restart Firefox" in the crash window only opened another new tab at the home screen.
I had a decent number of tabs open that I would have like to keep open and I'm not able to remember all of them so is there a way to retrieve a lost session at this point?

I'm a web designer, trying to move away from Chrome because of privacy/security issues. I'm also 63 years old. My eyes are old. The text size on the tabs and bookmarks is very difficult to read. I don't want to increase the size of everything else - ***just the tab and bookmark text***. I've tried the fix seen elsewhere in the community for this question, but that doesn't change the size at all. If I increase the size, say by Zoom, that's a problem with my page layout. Can anyone help, please?
I'm on a Mac, but using an LG monitor, so no Retina display.

I'm looking for a way to save a current session to restart later.
The only thing close I've seen is the "Restore Previous Session" option from the History menu. This won't work here, because what I'm hoping to do is close the windows/tabs from a session and start a different session, after which I can load the first session back.
If this isn't possible, then is there a way to combine all my windows into tabs of one window? I would only have to use the "Bookmark All Tabs" option once if I did that.
I know about dragging each tab into one window individually, but I often have more than a few tabs open in each window, so I'm hoping for some automated "Combine" function I could use.
If neither of these are possible, I'll just continue to use the "Bookmark All Tabs" option for each individual window I have open at the time... I'm just hoping for a faster or more efficient way.
Note: I use the Mac OS version of Firefox.

Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox on macOS, and I'd always open PDFs directly in Chrome. I've set my default PDF viewer to Firefox but when I open any downloaded PDFs from Finder, they go directly to a new Firefox window instead of a new tab (as I'm used to from Chrome).
Any way around this? I'd love to have any offline PDFs to be opened in a new tab by default, but nothing has worked so far.
