I have a problem, i have yahoo account that because of tje 2 way auth being 2 phone numbers that i lost and as mail recovery was one email to each other practicaly i lost any chance to log in them, my only chance is to gve a phone on yahoo in us which i cant afford, i need to change the email from my firefox account so i can still use it, im ready to prove in any way that is my account, i send this from my phone that im using for a long time, ao whqt can i do? This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. I need to update my email to my new account. I list it as my secondary and need to make it my primary email. When asking this question I got a response that there was a "make primary" button next to the secondary email that you could use to perform this task. My account does not have that option. I changed my email last year and need to correct it for my Firefox account. Please help.

Hello, I previously had my personal email attached to a Firefox Account. I added other emails, changed the primary email, and then completely removed my personal email from the account.
However, Mozilla still allows login with that removed email and prevents me from creating a new Firefox Account with it.
I need the email login association fully cleared so this email can be used for a separate Firefox Account, while keeping the existing account intact.
Can you please reset/remove the hidden email ownership binding on your end?

Also, part of your system thinks I'm still on Windows 10. NOT true! I changed to Windows 11 well before the old system expired.
