If I have taken photos in past years on a particular date, I get an email from Microsoft to review them. I normally do it on my phone, but today tried it from my computer. The path is "One Drive" "Photos" "Moments" and then "On This Day." If you click on the photos that in the graphic that looks like a movie strip, a montage of the photos shows up and you can also click on one. However, in Firefox, I click on a picture and the screen goes gray, but nothing ever loads. I thought it was a Microsoft issue so used their help function. The rep and I tried it, then cleared the cache, then tried it in a private setting. We got the same result every time. Then he tried it whatever Microsoft's browser is called and it worked just fine. They said it was a problem on the Mozilla Firefox end, so I'm reporting it. Please let me know if you can help me make it work. I don't like using anything except Firefox.

Over the years I have saved many bookmarks across several different devices. Therefore the bookmarks vary between devices. Is there any way that I can tidy up my bookmarks, deleting many of them, on my main machine and then have all the other devices Synch to that list only?

I have tried deleting ALL the bookmarks on the "subsidiary" devices and then synched them but that didn't work. I think I'm asking whether one device can be made the "master" for all the others to Synch to that one and none of the others.

I cannot access my credit union's marketing page: "marketing.riograndecu.org" This has been a problem for the past week. I am connected to my home wifi. I repeatedly get this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at marketing.riograndecu.org is taking too long to respond.

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

Help, please.

I've gone through the various troubleshooting options over the last month or so and Firefox is still crashing constantly for me, even in Troubleshooting mode. The tabs crash when I'm using a Google Doc, YouTube, Discord, doesn't matter the site; I've submitted about 20 crash reports this morning alone and failed to submit several more:

This morning (08/28/25), I updated my browser to v142.0.1 (64-bit), and Facebook as well as other sites have been affected to the point that I can't even see contents now!!!!!!!

I (God forbid) opened the same sites in Edge, and there's no problem viewing them on Edge.

Is there a way that I can roll back this latest update, because I had no problems until this morning. I'm running a Win 10 Pro OS.

How can you remove the regular reminder to update firefox to the newest version on macos that occurs when you tick "Check for updates but let you choose to install them"?

i just want to be able to add drag space to the top of my browser so i can move the window easily while it's maximized. i have been unable to find the customization section of firefox options and there is also no place on this website to speak to an actual member of support staff. this should be simple

Every since I updated my MacBook Pro M1 Max chip to Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64), Firefox locks up & has to be "Force Quit" & restarted almost every day. Please update the app ASAP so I don't have to convert to Google Chrome. Thank you!

I've been backing up my opened tabs for the past 4 or 5 years with the steps in this legendary post: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1257866

But this time it failed me and I don't know why. I just switched from Debian to Linux Mint, put everything up to date, but when I copy the sessions-store folder back into my session folder, as described in the post, nothing happens. I tried restoring only the 2 files listed there, and also dropping them in the general user folder, outside sessions-store, but still nothing. I've also noticed that the sessions-store folder isn't created automatically, even if I open a bunch of new tabs now and close the browser.

I don't even know how to begin troubleshooting this to be honest, this is the first time this method's ever failed me :(

My primary google account's language is set to english. If I search normally, then the results are shown in english. If I open a private window and search in google, the results will try to be in the regional english and google asks if I want to switch to english every time.

Hi, just to say, sorry, I’m an absolute idiot, I don’t understand tech at all. I have a VPN, privacy badger and ublock origin. These issues continue whether these three things are turned off or not, so I believe it must be to do with my Firefox settings.

Everything was fine, but now all of the sudden, certain elements of pages will not load.

So for example, today I tried to go to Gizmodo and look at a Star Trek page. Cool. https://gizmodo.com/star-trek-day-announcements-include-a-lego-collaboration-and-a-youtube-kids-series-2000655142

This is not the only site, just an example.

Clicked the comment button to see what people are saying. It won’t load the comments. The comments are completely blocked. They don't exist. When I try to look at the comments, it just shows me another part of the webpage, can't even see the comments.

Thought it was just this site, but then today I was on a plastic surgeon site in Europe to make a payment and it wouldn’t load the payment page.

I tried turning off badger and unblock to make the payment, and it didn’t work.

Honestly I really have no idea what the problem is, I know I’m doing something stupid but I don’t know what it is or how to figure out.

Any help on figuring out what’s going on or where the hiccups for these might be would be welcome.

Ever since upgrading to Windows 11, my Firefox installation has occasionally been unable to resolve domain names of some websites. Example domains:

• apps.powerapps.com
• static.cdninstagram.com
• google.com

As I was trying to debug this, I discovered that the DNS resolution and connection timings are just over 30 seconds (see the attached image). This is highly unusual.

• The issue does not occur with other web browsers on my computer (i.e., Microsoft Edge).
• The issue has persisted across reboots.
• I have already reinstalled Firefox (and wiped the temp files and appdata profile before installing again).
• The issue does not occur with other devices on my home network.
• DNS over HTTPS has been manually disabled.
• Changing DNS resolvers in my Windows settings does not fix the issue.
• The issue is still present with a fresh, unmodified installation of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I love Firefox and do not want to switch to a different browser.

I cannot log in to iCloud.com, even after setting a popup block exception. When I click on the "go" arrow after entering password, I get a notice on my iPhone to allow access. After I approve, I get a 6-digit verification code on the iPhone. But no popup window appears on the Firefox tab, so I can enter the code. Any suggestions?
