In the latest build PIP for YouTube only showing half the video window. Phone restart and app update didn't fix it.

I recently made the switch to Firefox full time a few weeks ago, and in that time, I have been getting more and more annoying at how Firefox renders Youtube.com.

If I'm on my feed, and I click to watch a video, watch it and go back, I never know what I'm going to see when it goes back a page. Obviously it goes back to youtube.com, but I never know if it's going to load at the top of my feed, or about ten rows down. Even if I click a video in the very first row, and then go back a page, it may or may not load at the top of my feed. I could also actually click a video on the tenth row, and then when I go back, it might load at the top of my feed, though that is not as common, it has happened. It also sort of, kind of, reloads the page when it goes back, but never goes back to the point on my feed at the spot where the video I just watched is, as Chrome and Brave do.

This is not how Chrome or Brave do things, and yes, I know they use a different engine, and I'm sure that's the reason for this issue. Chrome or Brave, if I'm watching a video and click back to my feed, they are much better at loading what is in cache, even if I the video was on the 100th row. I can then manually refresh if I want to.

As the title says, with both with https and http firefox displays this warning:

But no way to bypass it, trying to login to my ubiquiti edgerouter at http://192.168.1.1 or https://192.168.1.1

What can i do?

This is a recent problem but when I try to open new tabs they don't load or take a very long time to load. I wind up shutting down my computer and resarting but sometimes that doesn't help. it seems to be getting worse. I do not use any other VPN but yours and Duckduckgo to search. I use a macbook air. Any suggestions? Thanks

I had lots of trouble making Firefox work yesterday, after what I believe was a Mozilla update I had to uninstall and then reinstall. What I am experiencing after the new install and all updates is: I placed the icon on the taskbar. when I open Firefox it opens a new icon in the taskbar. I have two icons when using firefox instead of two like it has always been before. In the picture, the icon on the left is always there. The one on the right opens when I open firefox. Is it supposed to work like this? It is a windows issue? Is it A mozilla issue? Anyone else having this issue. I have tried different ways after deleting the icons, to place it back on the taskbar. I used the pin to taskbar, drag and drop on taskbar... Any ideas. Just live with it? or fix it somehow?

I tried to login to Autodesk for some discussion about file retention, etc. I logged in using my user id and password and then Autodesk sent me a code as a two factor identification function. When the page opened the place to enter the code it looked like the image that I have attached. I could not enter the code supplied by Autodesk as FireFox kept trying to get me to do something with email masks. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Firefox keeps shutting down and it will open up when I tap on the icon. I have to reload it to make it work, It seems like I have to do this everytime I shut the pc.

So I got myself into a pickle again trying to move my ffox tabs and bookmarks to a different pc. I knew there was something I didn’t like about sync so I avoided that. Until I was having problems transferring my tabs and bookmarks and I relented. Mistake. I had to sign in, not sure why I wasn’t already signed in or why I was signed out. It moved over my tabs fine. But somehow I ended up with some strange list of bookmarks that must be from months ago. If I am stuck I guess I can resurrect what I had although I am not happy at all with this mess. Any way to get back to what I had? It has messed up both the new pc and the original one now. I happened to find some files called session store backups that if that is any good for history those are only for tabs which are fine anyway. Any idea what to do or am I screwed?

I have just moved from an old laptop to a newer one - a Lenovo Thinkpad. I have installed Linux Mint and successfully transferred my files and Thunderbird. I also synchronized Firefox and all my add-ons, bookmarks and history came across perfectly. While setting up the toolbar from the customise screen I dragged the home page button onto the toolbar and it just disappeared. The home page is set up in settings. It appears the first time I open a window. I would like to be able to go back to my home page at will, how can I re-instate the home page button?

unable to get Download Helper to initialize in my Firefox browser. i have checked and rechecked so many things. how can i fix this so i can dl videos from the internet and watch them?

Or to open the profile selection sidebar?

I don't see it in about:keyboard but maybe there's something else somewhere.

If not, what's the quickest and easiest way to switch profiles?

Hello I seem to have lost the ability to choose whether my bookmarks toolbar displays icons and text or icons only. At present I have icons plus 4 letters of text fading out. I want to return to icons only. How do I do this? Regards
