When browsing with Firefox, scrolling with the up/down arrow keys intermittently causes the keyboard to be disabled. Trackpad and touchscreen still function, but keyboard becomes completely disabled, requiring a reboot.

This ONLY happens while browsing with Firefox browser. I cannot deliberately reproduce this, but it happens frequently - up to several times a day. It seems to be tied to multiple key hits on the down and/or up keys. This only happens in Firefox, not in any other apps, including Visual Studio.

This is a brand new HP laptop. HP support says that this is a Firefox support issue because it only happens on Firefox and no other programs or scenarios.

Can you please help me to identify, troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I am a software/database engineer but this is a little outside the scope of my knowledge. I should be able to conduct any tests or provide any needed feedback at a useful level with only a reasonable level of hand holding. I suspect that Firefox is somehow inhibiting or disrupting the keyboard driver.

Hi, I'm hoping to find some help to address crashing that has been happening frequently. The most recent crash has a report ID: bp-47617fc8-55f9-4d32-8713-a4ce40240426 and this happened while in 'troubleshoot' mode.

Opened a directory of pdfs from the command line using ```firefox * &``` and went on with my work. Firefox just will not print anything at all. I have tried all the suggested fixes; everything else on my computer prints fine to either directly connected printers or to network printers. The 3 other computers on my home network all print to all printers from Firefox. I have deleted Firefox and reinstalled I have deleted all printers and reinstalled When I do try to print with the print queue open, the file spooling briefly splashes up and disappears quickly. If I download a PDF from the web, it will not print from within Firefox, but will print from Acrobat or Nitro I have changed antivirus from Eset to Webroot anywhere. No improvement and in between with no Antivirus, Firefox would not print. Any thoughts, as I had to change browsers and I want to get back to Firefox? Help!!

after updating newest the version of Firefox the option to" restore previous windows opened " does not work. Is there a work around when I close my browser and then reopen the browser so that all the tabs that I had opened before closing my browser return as if I never left?I went into my setting and have the "open previous tabs" is checked. Ever since the latest update, the picture-in-picture function stopped working properly. If I activate it, the video will automatically go to full screen, and I need to press the full screen button multiple times to move it down to a small box. I am using Firefox on a Mac laptop.

Firefox 125.0.2 on Mac

When I press shift+cmd+D to bookmark all open tabs, instead of the links being saved to the designated folder, they are all saved to "Bookmarks Menu". The designated folder itself also appears with these links but it itself is empty.

I would expect shift+cmd+D to bookmark all links in the folder and the folder to appear in "Bookmarks Menu". This is what use to happen ages ago. I'm not sure what caused the change in behavior. Anyone have any ideas on fixing this?

Hello, since the latest version of Firefox, as always, it breaks now if I want to enter instantgaming or it does not enter no matter how much I click on enter or in kinguin.net, when it asks me for the recapcha, it stays in an infinite loop and does not show the images. .

I have done safe mode and installed firefox from 0 and nothing, it is tedious that at this point a browser that has been having this type of problems for years because in opera, edge they do not give me these errors, it is tiring to always have to have a browser that fails due to anything.

I did an hardreset to my computer yesterday, today I logged in to my FireFox account and now all of my stuff (History, Passwords, Bookmarks) are from 2020. I don't have any backup, what do I do?

I downloaded the new update this morning and I cannot separate my categories any longer on my home page. I keep them in categories on the 4 separate rows and then separate them by skipping a square. I cannot do that any longer and do not like the jumble of the homepage now. How can I keep the blank spaces that are located at the bottom of the rows to separate my categories?

Several instances of this "verification.exe" malware appear on download history when firefox is opened as shown. Remove from history or clear downloads doesn't eliminate them. They reappear whenever firefox is opened.

Suggestions to eliminate this nuisance welcome.

My Firefox can only be shut down by TaskManager, or by clicking on the three horizontal bars and then dropping to exit.

So I can't close any single tab 'without closing them all', that's the real annoyance. I also can't close any individual windows I opened instead of a new tab, without closing all tabs and windows. Finally the classic windows ALT+F4 closure that's built into Windows doesn't close Firefox, and if it did I suspect ALT+F4 would close them all. Bottom line Firefox is seriously close-resistant.

What precipitated this was I allowed a previous Firefox update to download-install, and it tanked my performance, I figured your team would fix that issue, but in the meantime what I did was uninstall that version and reinstall the version I had been running before that update. Tilt! That action resulted in the close windows or tabs problem.

Summary: I am using the latest version now, but with it came this "can't close any individual tab without closing them all, and can only close even then except by Taskmanager or by clicking the 3 horizontal bars then dropping to Exit which also closes all Firefox tabs and Windows. This problem has surfaced before in this support, and none of the solutions worked, probably because I got to this place uniquely. I did read before submitting this.
