hi i just install firefox and when I use messenger and put my cursor on camerra or phone I have the message voice- video call not available on this browser can you help?

I get an error message when trying to load Newsmax.com - It comes up with no problem in Safari - maybe I should use Safari as my default browser.

Windows 11 Firefox crashed on opening continuously so unable to safe open etc. Did update intel graphics to no avail. Uninstalled in add programs in settings. Did not choose to delete data. Reinstalled and now can't find my profile.

Since yesterday every time i reopen my Firefox it is not loading my tabs that I had opened in previous use "Open previous windows and tabs" setting is enabled/marked and I have not made any changes in settings myself for this issue to take place. I am not sure why did this start happening out to the blue. But I have noticed when I use exit button via 3 bar drop down menu and then reopen Firefox my open tabs are there but when I use the "X" (top right corner) and re launch Firefox my tabs are gone. Is this the new "feature" or am I missing something

Someone has created Mozilla accounts using several of my company's openly available email accounts. I can't figure why. Anyone have an idea why? I know this because all three accounts received the following email message from Mozilla: "Welcome to Mozilla! A few days ago you created a Mozilla account, but never confirmed it. Please confirm your account in the next 15 days or it will be automatically deleted. Don’t miss out on the browser that puts you and your privacy first."

I was trying to remove my credit card information and cancel my yearly subscription to Mozilla Monitor Plus that is due to Renew February 21, 2026 for the amount of $107.88. I could not find a way to delete my payment method and/or cancel my subscription.

In last few days I really have a big problem with trying to browse with my favorite browser Firefox. It is that cursor always goes to address bar instead of search bar when I am trying to surf the web. I tried all the fixes that I found online with changing things in about:config still with no solution.

I am running on Windos 11 and using latest Firefox version.

I need to have a telecon from the provider meet.goto.com using Firefox on my PC running Linux Mint mint-001-1.0 147.0.1 (64 bit) but I get an error message browser not supported. What can I do? Thanks

Just as the summary says, Used to have an icon that I put under the "hamburger" menu on the bookmarks toolbar that opened the bookmarks menu. Can't remember how I got it there. Can someone help me get it back.

I had to actually sign up fort a Mozilla account,the multiple hoops I had to jump through were ridicules, in order to ask a question of Firefox. I do not want my address bar to be my search engine. How do I disable the search engine in my address bar? And now I have to wait for an answer!!!!!!!! I used to love and trust Firefox. Not anymore.

Suddenly I cannot search from the search bar. It defaults to the address bar. why "fix" something that was not broken. Being forced to use the address bar is frustrating. If you go directly to the address bar, it tells you it cannot find that site.

Firefox updated automatically overnight, all bookmarks vanished. Toolbar bookmarks, gone. History information disappeared two weeks ago. Library box is now gone, too! Windows 11. Firefox version 147.0.3 64-bit

When using Firefox mobile for android, a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen, above the address bar. Please see attached picture.

It only seems to occur when the "scroll to hide toolbar" setting is disabled. The bar moves upwards when using the keyboard.

Is there a way to completely opt out of having AI in my browser?

I find recent implementations of AI in Firefox quite frankly disgusting. I don't want to see it, I don't want to use it, I don't want it suggested to me. Not only it's unneeded, but also all your LLMs are a waste of electricity, fresh water and are a threat to my privacy, and we don't even mention all the legal trouble AI scraping creates.

I need a switch to completely remove any mention of LLMs/AIs in my Firefox browser unless I search for it on the internet (and, trust me, I wont; I'd prefer to continue thinking for myself and having real people with skills and talents do things if I can't do them myself) and have none of them touch me in any way. Kill that thing with fire.

Ideally Firefox, one that advertises itself as a secure browser with respect towards its users, shouldn't have any mention of AI in the first place, you know. But since companies are in a craze about it for some unknown reason (trust me, we don't want it; if I want to be lied to, I'd go to a paediatrician to talk about my symptoms, not a language model I can't trust with my data), at least give your users an option to get that awful thing out of their browser it they want to.
