I am reaching out regarding my Firefox account. The email currently associated with my account no longer exists, and I am unable to receive verification codes or reset my password.

I would like to request assistance to update my account settings and, if possible, add a secondary backup email to ensure I can access my account in the future. Please add the following secondary email:

I can provide any information needed to verify ownership of the account, including:

Approximate account creation date

Linked devices

Sync history or other identifying information

I no longer have access to the gmail i used to sign up Moxillla Account since they deleted it wrongfully. How can i change my moxilla email to another one? I tired to add secendary email on Moxilla but i need to first fill the verification code which is sent to my now-nonexistant gmail. Please help me.

I no longer have access to the primary account email. I went under "manage account" tried to make the secondary email my primary, Firefox sends verficiation code to my primary email. I do not have access to that email.

Please help.

I had my work email as my primary and used asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my secondary email. I'm no longer with that company and don't have access to that email. I'd like to use asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my primary email. The work email in question that has to be removed is - simhaaj@vmware.com.

my old email was discontinued kanokla no longer provides the service ,so i got a gmail address and i wish to update my primary but i cant because i need a 6 digit code from my kanokla email which doesnt exist any more.so i cannot update my info because i am working towards installing Linux and i am trying to get everything in order. can you help please my new email is [email removed]@gmail.com

How do I edit my e-mail address to a new one? I have to change all my accounts due to my current e-mail provider retiring their domain and switching to a new one.

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. If you could please also send it to [edited email from public community support forum], I'd really appreciate that. Thank you!

I need to update my email to my new account. I list it as my secondary and need to make it my primary email. When asking this question I got a response that there was a "make primary" button next to the secondary email that you could use to perform this task. My account does not have that option. I changed my email last year and need to correct it for my Firefox account. Please help.

The primary email that I have For my account is no longer active. I can't use that to sign in. Then email is [edited] @reagan.com. I do have a secondary email. it is [edited] @protonmail.com. Your system wants to demand that I use that primary email address. I can't do that. Can you help me?

Hi, I found this page in the support forums which kind of answers my question, but it says in order to get my username changed (for the same reason the original poster of that page was requesting it) I need to contact an administrator. However, there's no information on how to do that and the thread is archived.

How do I contact an administrator in order to request this change?

I am returning to Firefox and need to reconfigure my account to a different email address as username. From what I can tell, I can change my profile name but the username will still be the old email address. Is my only option to start again with a new account? If so, how can I do that and completely remove the old one?

Original Firefox account uses an older email now defunct and is no longer accessible. Security code being sent to add secondary email address can't be completed as older email account isn't accessible. Suggestions?

My Mozilla log-in address is an old one - I have changed my email provider from xxxxxxx@TalkTalk.net to xxxxxxx@outlook.com. Although I can still get into Mozilla I can't change my log-in to make other updates. The advice provided is to make a new extra login and then make that one the primary but it does not work.

Hello, I previously had my personal email attached to a Firefox Account. I added other emails, changed the primary email, and then completely removed my personal email from the account.

However, Mozilla still allows login with that removed email and prevents me from creating a new Firefox Account with it.

I need the email login association fully cleared so this email can be used for a separate Firefox Account, while keeping the existing account intact.

Can you please reset/remove the hidden email ownership binding on your end?

I have a problem, i have yahoo account that because of tje 2 way auth being 2 phone numbers that i lost and as mail recovery was one email to each other practicaly i lost any chance to log in them, my only chance is to gve a phone on yahoo in us which i cant afford, i need to change the email from my firefox account so i can still use it, im ready to prove in any way that is my account, i send this from my phone that im using for a long time, ao whqt can i do? Firefox is sending notifications to an old email address. In my profile, the address is [email 1 removed]@live.be, but I'm receiving notifications at [email 2 removed]@skynet.be. Can you fix this?
