Dear Firefox Team,

It has re-occurred to my Firefox Browser of the latest version of 115.28 with some websites which I have recently visited however which have appeared 8 grids of blank or white pages again under "Recent Activity" as attached with the image for your technical troubleshooting suggestion.

Those 8 grids of Recent Activity in the older version of Firefox browsers used to have shown colorful graphics or images representative of the recent websites I visited in the recent past.

May I know what I am supposed to do to recover those graphics or images?

Kindly offer any suggestion or solution?

For the last couple of months I have been getting frequent (not always) hangs on exiting Firefox. Sometimes get the windows message of not enough threads. Sometimes goes to "Firefox is not responding". Always have to reboot to clear.

As Firefox no longer supports windows 8, I have downloaded and installed Firefox ESR 64-bit. I can open my banking site but the site does not show a log in button. I had no trouble with this site last week. I can access my log in details on my mobile. Can this be fixed

I still have windows 8.1. I do all my bill paying online. I can no longer open my banks website for online business. I thought Firefox had renewed support through 2026? Wasnt Firefox a search engine? The listed search s - none of them open banks etc.

Hello. My tablet, has limited memory, due to its age. I am now finding that one of the main reasons why it is so slow is because whenever I open firefox, it opens multiple firefox processes which drain the memory and in some cases crashes the system. I have followed all the advice given to reduce these multiple processes, however nothing seems to work and at least 6-8 firefox processes open each time I open it. I have unchecked the recommended performance settings as well as hardware acceleration boxes. However, I cannot find where to set the content process limit to 1. Please tell me how to do this and if there anything else I can try to stop it opening multiple processes or I may be forced to ditch Firefox altogether for an alternate such as Bing, Chrome or DuckDuckGo. msn.com and outlook.com recently changed their login procedure and I can't login using firefox. I get an error 400.

Hi. I am trying to get into chase.com web without success. Why I already try several download with different browsers.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

First, is there a list of commandline options?

Second, I would like to be able to start Firefox with a specified URL from a batch file -or- a .net program. Then, either close FF -or- switch to a different URL. is this possible?

Whenever i attempt to save my passwords or login, it will not be saved in the browser. It will also prompt me to enter in my primary password to view saved logins which are still not saved in the browser. I have enabled autofill on the account but the issue continues to happen.

My firefox browser stopped working today. It will not load any website. It just sits there and the dot just goes back and forth. It worked fine yesterday. 3-2-2024. My email is randrcv@sti.net.

Firefox autoprints Microsoft Word and Excel documents despite setting otherwise.

about:config print.always_print_silent is now set to false. (was somehow set to true). After I set to false and reboot, same behavior occurs. I verified that same behavior does not occur in other browser.

I get the following message when going online with Firefox: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I've followed all the prompts to restart the computer, refresh the computer, delete the favicons.sqlite and places.sqlite and it won't allow me to delete them. This happened yesterday as well. Yesterday I could delete those files and everything was restored. But today I can't get it to work.
