Hello. I have a problem with the chat.deepseek.com website - every time I launch the browser, the language settings are reset from the system (or Russian) language set manually to English. Interestingly, this problem only occurs in Firefox, while other browsers work as expected. Additionally, the test profile created again also works properly. What I have done: 1. Reinstalled the browser, but it did not help 2. Deleted the folders responsible for Local Storage in the profile folder - didn't help 3. Cleared the cookies - helped until the first restart, then it was the same. History is enabled, and cookies are not cleared when the browser is closed. How can I solve this issue without deleting my profile? I don't want to lose my bookmarks, passwords, and website settings. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I've recently switched to Firefox but am finding some of the performance a bit cumbersome. I am continually being asked to hit "Send" ["To display this page, Firefox must send information ..."] when I am logging into my Outlook email or looking at my bank information. I'd rather not be "resending" these pages each time and am wondering if there is a setting.

Hello,
These error messages can result from a compromised IP address which you can check here:
https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/ or here: https://dnschecker.org/ip-blacklist-checker.php?
However, this post is for the condition where these messages are received yet your IP address is clean.
I have two browsers installed Firefox and Chrome. Firefox has problems with an ever increasing number of websites (that are switching to Akamai Edgesuite) while Chrome marches on without issues.
I recently discovered the Browser User Agent identification string that is used by the server to determine what browser it is talking to. This is useful for serving content correctly to different types of devices like a phone or PC. You can find your Browser User Agent string here:
https://dnschecker.org/whats-my-ip-address.php
So thinking that this might be Firefox's problem I copied the string from my working Chrome installation and added it to Firefox. Unfortunately the issue continues.
So somehow Edgesuite is using something MORE than just the user agent string to kick Firefox to the curb. Does anyone have any clues as to what this might be and how to get Firefox in the good graces of Edgesuite?
Thanks, Steve

For about a week now, I can no long read the comments on Huffington Post articles. Is it something on Firefox that's causing this? Previously their comments worked fine for me.
I'm using Firefox 150.0.1 on a MacBook Pro with MacOS Monterey version 12.7.6. I'm running Malwarebytes version 3.1.7 and have Huffington Post on the "allow" list.
When reading the newspaper in Firefox the text jumps every few minutes but if I load it on Edge it works properly.

I'm trying to login into microsoft office online. It let's me click on the sign in button, a new window opens up but stays blank. I'm assuming that window is supposed to be where I can sign in. However it will remain blank for some time and then disappears not allowing me to sign in. I'm not sure if it was with the new update.

Hi Mozilla Support Team,I am reporting a frustrating issue that started occurring about two weeks ago in Firefox on Windows 11. When copying blocks of text from modern chat interfaces (which typically use Markdown or dynamic text rendering), Firefox is stripping away all line breaks. The Issue:When I select text with the mouse and paste it into applications such as Facebook, Hotmail (Outlook), or Notepad, the content appears as a single, continuous block of text with no paragraphs or spacing. This issue seems specific to Firefox, as the same action in Chrome or Edge preserves the original structure perfectly.Example of the error:Original text:Line 1Line 2Result after pasting from Firefox:Line 1Line 2Troubleshooting steps already taken (with no success):Toggled layout.word_select.eat_space_to_next_word to false.Toggled editor.use_div_for_default_newlines to true.Tested in "Troubleshoot Mode" (Safe Mode) with all extensions disabled, but the problem persists. It appears to be a regression in how Firefox handles white-space or block elements during clipboard operations. This is significantly affecting my daily workflow. Are there any known fixes or upcoming patches to address this?Thank you,

Google Chrome for PCs (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge will work, but you may encounter problems). I see that message way too much when getting notices from my doctors prior to connecting via Telemedicine. I have been using Firefox ever since Netscape Navigator closed up shop (in the 90's). So without question, I am a long time, dedicated Mozilla user. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it is, for a dedicated user like me, to see those sort of messages accompany the instruction for connecting with Telemedicine. They encourage everyone to use Chrome! What can be done to change the perception that they should use Chrome instead of Firefox? And how do we get the word out to the medical community (and others) that they can count on Firefox to give them a seamless experience when connecting to their patients (or others)? I just don't think we should surrender this position to Google Chrome. Best Regards, -Steve
