Due to which I am not able to recover my Gmail, I have all the information of my Gmail, if you say, you can take it. I have a Dell Windows 10 computer. I have three browsers on my compute: Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome. I have an account with Clickbank.com, but I am only able to log into Clickbank using a Firefox Privacy Windows. I am not able to log into Clickbank using Firefox, Edge, or Chrome, only in the Privacy Window. I do have Malwarebytes browser guard on my computer, but I have it turned off when trying to log into Clickbank.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hello: Passwords from CSV file: "firefox logins.csv" does NOT show up in the "Import Browser Data" box? I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows7 and firefox (Firefox Setup 115.14.0esr.exe). I'm unable to import my "Passwords from CSV file" because it is not included in the "Import Browser Data" box (see Attachments (pics). Note: I do not use the Browser in this picture only firefox. How than can I import this .csv file? Regards -mdc

Firefox does not allow me to post comments on New York Post. The comment section says I must log in to post, but I am already logged in. I can log out and log back in again, but still not allowed to post as it says I need to log in. When I change browsers there is no difficulty posting after logging in. What setting on Firefox is preventing me from posting on NY Post?

I joined Mozilla VPN on February 1st. And on March 2nd. I requested to cancel my subscription it’s less than 30 days I had VPN. I wasn’t happy with program. I have been using Firefox as my primary browser in Windows and Linux Mint for many years, and I have always found it to work when other browsers would not. Recently (last few months) functions in Ancestry.com stopped working. I thought that the problems were within the Ancestry system, and getting help within Ancestry was very difficult. I finally got a help chat session a short time ago and learned that everything in Ancestry should work using the Chrome browser. Very reluctantly, I loaded the Chrome browser on one of my Windows 11 computers, and suddenly all of the functions within Ancestry worked properly. I sincerely hope that FIrefox will soon resume being fully functional with Ancestry.com.

Push notification banner from YouTube stays on desktop without closing after 5 seconds. Why? Windows 10 never had this issue. With Windows 11, it worked after a clean install and then it stopped. Why? I checked all settings within Windows.

Settings / Accessibility / Visual effects (ON) / Dismiss Notification after this time amount (5 Seconds) / Notifications checked (ON).

The notification banner hangs and never closes. Google search tells us how to enable and disable. IT HAS NOTHING FOR CLOSING BANNER AFTER 5 SECONDS.

I use doxy me for telehealth. Recently my clients have been having audio issues, hearing their voice echo back when using telehealth. Doxy said it is the Firefox browser. They have had reports from other users of Firefox, that since the most recent update, people have had audio issues with echos when talking. They suggested I not use Firefox as a browser when working with Doxy me. Is there anyway this can be corrected or will I have to switch to Chrome as my go to browser?

I have firefox for browser and when I open my browser to google. In website has google I type and go's to the top of firefox browser instead google search engine. Please help I want to search in the google search engine. Not firefox browser search engine. Thank you

I accidentally closed Firefox with about 100 tabs open (doing research). I still had one ff window open with only one tab and I went to History (there is no session restore on my firefox-been thru that before) and selected restore recent tabs. That only opened about 10 tabs . BUT, now that becomes my " previous session" so how do I get my earlier session back. If I close FF and then open, all I get is that window with 10 useless tabs. This has happened before so I have FF set as default, and "open to previous window/tabs is selected". So how do I get my previous session open?

Greetings: I'm getting an Intellius notification and advert pop-up that won't stop even after I touched "disable notifications from Intellius" on the notification. It began after going to Intellius website briefly the other day. I've clicked disable Intellius notifications several times to no avail. Thank you for any feedback.
