How do I stop autofill for email address? I use several email addresses. Firefox autofills my email address when I complete forms, but it uses an email address I never use when completing official forms and documents and I have to change it manually. I prefer to complete it manually, so how do I stop Firefox from autofilling my email address period!? (I have gone through all of "Settings", but I can't find any option that will fix this situation.)

I'm having a problem selecting articles that I would like to share with personal friends - i.e. grandaughter to their e-mails. (Not Facebook or Twitter, etc.). This used to be available but not accessible now. Some websites have this feature, but others do not.

again after an update the language settings are not working. I change to Dutch(Nederlands belgie) and i got a mix of english and dutch. It's not the first time after an uopdat that this problem occures.

I've been unable to open Google Maps for the last couple of months, or so. It doesn't matter whether I try directly through a Google search, or from within another website.

Is there a way to repair the Firefox installation without having to reinstall all the add-ons and screw up the bookmarks? It's really bogging down for me. Might bookmarks on the toolbar cause it to bog down at all? Also, home page button on youtube is not visible.

I have been using protonmail for years now. when I tried to bring it up just now I got Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to mail.protonmail.com. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future). Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. They say it is a time issue but the time and date are correct. Why Is this happening. I would hate to change browsers as I have been using firefox for many years.

How do I stop autoplay and autoloading of videos on yahoo.com news page. Am using Firefox 92, settings-autoplay default for all websites is set "Block Audio and Video". This issue seems to be only on the yahoo.com news page, other sites such as cnn.com. pbs.org do not autoload videos.

A while ago (about three months), I moved my hard drive to a new PC with better parts. It has a better mother board, a better graphics card and twice the RAM. Anyway, since then Firefox hasn't worked the same. When i open Firefox, there will be random pieces of letters or words on a webpage just gone, making a lot of them impossible to browse because I can't read half of the the new Alien dialect on the screen. Some websites have been better than others, but its gotten to the point where some web pages (Like YouTube or Reddit for example.) will just be a mess of random de fragmented lime green blocks that completely corrupt the page and will shift, move and appear at random covering up text as I scroll down. Videos will play just fine, it's the rest of the site that's effed up. Also on YouTube videos, where the timer for the video is located, some of the numbers just won't show up. Like it will count down fine but won't display certain numbers in the timer. Funny thing is, is that this doesn't just affect the websites, but the browser itself. For example, hovering my mouse over different tabs will highlight them and show me the preview text of the tab. All that is good until I move over to a different tab and voila, the text is gone, and then suddenly all the other tabs are either blank or just missing random letters and numbers in the tab. This is only happening in Firefox btw. No other app on my PC is doing this. I've tried refreshing Firefox about six times now, I've uninstalled it three times in an attempt to fix the issue along with restarting my PC multiple times... All of that, and I find out yesterday that it works perfectly when in "Troubleshoot/Safe mode", and only when in Troubleshoot/Safe mode. I have no idea what is causing the issue... *PePeLaugh* 

 See, I would use another browser but I've been using Mozilla for 8-9 years and would like to avoid the hassle of moving everything to a new browser... I would VERY much appreciate any help at all.

Hello. I want to find what level of search filtering is being as default by Firefox. All other browsers I have seen allow users to select "No Filter", "Medium Level Filter" or "Safe/Restricted Filter." I have also seen it called "Restriction Level." Where may I find the page to make this simple and common change? Thank you!

since yr last update i have lost all my tabs, settings, and pinned tabs, what is happening can you help me stabilize this and i can not get any o\lfd them back from history as every time i open firefox, a second window opens and then keep cycling thru all the pasty websites i have visited and i cant stop it

Firefox has been blocking more and more websites that play music or video lately. These are clearly secure. I see the "connection not secure" notice because there is supposedly a problem with the certificate. All the help tutorials from Mozilla do not work. For example, I can't listen to internet radio (example: http://radio.orange.com/radios/helpmechill). Have Windows 10, I clear the cache regularly, it is also not a problem with external security program like ESET etc.. Suggested solutions do not work, I have no option to turn off the security blocking temporarily etc.

After all latest updates, unfortunately, I get the message "Waiting for www.gstatic.com..." and pages don't load. Any suggestions to overcome this problem are more than welcome. Firefox version 92.0 (64-bit)

I log into my outlook email through Firefox browser. When I click on a pdf attachment I get "something went wrong while the document preview was being created Try again later". I can download it and open with adobe reader but the preview won't open. The pdf preview is working fine if I use Microsoft Edge to open my email. There has to be something with Firefox that is preventing the preview from loading.

There used to be plugins in much older version of FFox, but those days are gone. I understand that the Sync function allows sharing of login/passwords between several machines, but is there any way to simply backup login/passwords of one computer that does not share anything with any other computer. There does not seem to be any way to do this -searching FFox help yields nothing.

Sometimes, the simple ways work well, and this would be such an occasion. This function ought to be built in to every software program, but unfortunately this does not happen.
