Hello, since the most recent Firefox update, I am not able to access my Yahoo Email. When I try to log in I get this message...."Uh oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." But, I am able to login just fine if I use Chrome!!

Firefox refresh deleted everything, I don't have my browser history nor bookmarks and saved passwords, why did guys lie and vague recommend something that would delete everything just cause internet was slow without warning? It even said it would keep the history and bookmarks so that's another lie. And I can't get my old data back in my profile, so I want to know the phone number for firefox customer service or tell me in clear layman terms how to get my browser history back in firefox.

In the past month I have begun receiving the following message for websites that I use regularly. These are very common company sites like American Airlines and Disney.

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/" on this server.

I am trying to figure out why access is being denied and if this is related to Firefox.

Keller Williams website is not working properly, images aren't showing. It shows the lock is secured. The screen is white & nothing is popping up on the screen. I don't' know if I changed something regard the blocking of Firefox browser settings. I mistakenly deleted the subfolder "History Older Than 6 Months" under the main "History" folder. How do I restore that folder? I was trying to determine how to delete all that history in that folder since there are a lot of them all at one time instead of a page at a time. I searched through other support items but didn't find anything that addressed this. Windows 10, latest Firefox.

Update came and I became furious that the pdfviewer is changed (I could write you a 300 page book why the forced UI and changes to user settings are terrible and hated everywhere). I would like to use the previous version (with the dark background), not this white version which burns out my eyes. I really hope that there is an option for this and only I could not find it.

P.s: I do not want to install any themes/plugins/whatevers to solve this problem, the previous Firefox pdf viewer did not need them.

Since update to version 81. a few days ago, my flash player ( adobe ) is not working properly on Facebook Farmville game. Page loads and prompts me for flash - but when page loads up it is way way oversized and unable to get it to normal size. Unable to play the game at all on Firefox browser.

I have spent a few days trying everything I could think of ( including re-installing adobe flash player). I have found no fix.  I now have to use my google chrome browser to play my daily game, of which I am not happy..  don't personally like google. 

Do you have any suggestions ..  or can I go back to the previous version of firefox, where I had no problem with flash player?

Mozilla Firefox (64-bit, US English) is UNABLE to load the website, https://www.pressreader.com since at least version 78. I am using version 81.0 now and the problem persists.

Strangely, Mozilla Firefox (64-bit, Simplified Chinese) is ABLE to load said website. Mozilla Firefox (64-bit, Japanese) is also ABLE to load said website.

What is happening?

Below are the relevant details:

The HDD of my desktop computer has 3 primary partitions on which the first is installed with Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit, US English), the second contains Windows 10 (64-bit, Simplified Chinese) while Windows 10 (64-bit, Japanese) is installed on the third. Each operating system is installed with the appropriate 64-bit language version of Firefox.

The settings of the 3 language versions of Firefox are IDENTICAL.

Keep getting "Error Occured Please try again later" while trying to play YouTube videos. Tried Safe Mode, unchecked recommended performance settings, disabled adblocker, still not working. YouTube works fine in Edge browser.

New install of macOS Big Sur and latest Firefox for Mac. There is a bug that is preventing tabs after the second tab from being able to close. It doesn't seem to matter if those tabs are in focus or not.
