It is as if Firefox has disappeared from my desktop. I click on the shortcut but nothing happens. It was working fine last night. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but still nothing. A window does not even appear.

Hi, I tried several times to install Firefox on a new PC. first time Firefox installed correctly, but as I wanted to have my profile copied, there were error message.

Scince then, each time I have deinstalled and reinstall Firefox it does not work correctly: During installation it still tell me that I do have older Firefox version and the installer will update this. After this it keeps telling me this:

Profil nicht vorhanden ( Profile not found) Ihr Profil "Firefox" kann nicht geladen werden. Es ist möglicherweise nicht vorhanden oder ein Zugriff ist nicht möglich. (Your “Firefox” profile cannot be loaded. It may not exist, or access is not possible.)

I would love to use Firefox, but at the moment I feel helpless.

When I frequently turn off my computer using the system unit's power button, meaning a quick shutdown, after several such shutdowns, when I launch the browser, I'm prompted to log in again. Bookmarks that weren't synced disappear. And I'm also logged out of all the websites I was logged into, forcing me to log in again. Cachyos Linux.

Can you safely run Norton VPN (WireGuard) and Firefox VPN at the same time on the same Windows device. Is there any increased risk of routing collisions, adapter conflicts, DNS leaks, dropped connections, or other issues for using both.

I purchased Mozilla VPN weeks ago and having problems installing it. Request requires elevation.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

Hello if i backup my data on firefox account then i sign into new device then i again login my email and firefox acc then i did not got my passwords or bookmarks and history again. Then what's the use of that backup ? is that offline or online backup if offline then what if i reset my pc and then login back ? if online then there is no option to backup that data. Help me to get back my data.

Why the h377 did firefox change the screen shot tool by removing it from the address bar AND delete the center search bar, along with changing the location of all my recent web visit from the along the bottom of the screen? This is annoying and unhelpful to pc users, I need these functions back like they were in order to us your site on my pc. I donot and will never use firefox on my phone. If these functions are gone, then I will have leave as well. Either that or remove the update from my pc and cease ALL further updates.

After copying profile that's already synced to my old account, I'm unable to set sync that copied profile to new mozilla account. According to support page, it should sync just fine by using different mozilla account. From what I noticed, this new copy profiles feature doesn't make a new profile in about:profiles, could this be an issue?

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

Title says it all, "auto resize pictures using CTRL - + does not work". Generally speaking, the size of pictures simply WILL NOT reduce in size to view its entirety. Even when the scroll-bars are used the picture is still to wide. I have searched and asked for any setting in about_config, NOTHING! I truly expected something. The ONLY STUPID WAY to view said oversize picture is Download it then view. Isn't that a HACKERS DREAM??? YES I HAVE tried looking in SETTINGS and searched for months, found nothing that actually works. So now I have to use that 4-LETTER word... HELP!

I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it and reopen it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them, as checked in settings. I see the same thing happening in the MacOs, but no answers for Windows either.

I am trying to complete an online video interview, but Firefox is not allowing the website to use my camera and microphone. I have checked the website permissions, but the camera and microphone are still not working. Please help me enable camera and microphone access in Firefox.
