Hi, I couldn't sign in as the confirmation email bounced back and my account was automaticaly locked. I've sort out my email now but I don't know how to proceed. There is no option to to get new confirmation email sent. Can you please assist.

Failed downloads using Firefox, all file types whether from GMAIL or Google Drive. I have lost a day and I will switch to a different browser if this issue remains.

I just installed the esr version of Firefox. I did not think that I would lose all my bookmarks, add-on, etc. Is there a way to revert back to the standard version with all my old data? Or in looking at the profiles I see a default profile, a default-esr profile, and a default-release profile. This latter profile seems to have my old data when I open the folders and look around. However, when I try to open that profile in new window it says something about opening an old version and losing data and creating a new profile. When I do that, I still get a fresh browser with none of my data.

This means that I can't reinstall Safari because I can't get a copy of it. And it looks like I might not be able to install Firefox 17.0 either. At least, that's what I'm trying to find out. "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser and operating system." See what I mean? So when I go to the library, will I be able to download a copy of Firefox 17.0 for the Mac and install it on my computer at home? Thanks!

My Macbook Pro is running 10.7.5 I got an update notice in Firefox and tried to update to v. 17.

I. When I try to move the download to the Applications folder:

(1) If I choose "Replace," I get the error message: "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items."

(2) If I choose "Keep Both Files," I get the error message: "The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 0)."

II. Version 16 no longer works:

1. If I try to open it now, I get the error message: "You can't open the application Firefox.app because it may be damaged or incomplete."

I've followed information supplied by a friend in that I've highlighted the greasemonkey in the toolbar, clicked on it and done a refresh. How do I then do find a copy link? I can get all sorts of tasks eg Back, reload, bookmark,send link (which takes me to Outlook), view background, select all, inspect element etc. NO COPY LINK.

A few days ago, my good old FF (12) stopped downloading and saving. Actually, in the download screen it looks as if it was downloaded (shows in its full size in the Download screen), but the 'open' option is gray and it can't be found in the download folder. Also, when using 'save as' for web pages, only the html folder (images, etc.) is found where saved, but its 'mate' (the htm file) is not, and the 'open' option (on download screen) is gray. I deleted the mimetype.rdf and the downloads.sqlite files; I disabled all the relevant FF addons, changed downloading folder etc.--- nothing helps. Do you have any idea? Thanks

I would like to start using firefox as my default browser. The problem I have hundreds of passwords stored in ie9 that work just fine. I need to move the passwords to accomplish this. I can't seem to get an answer anywhere.

Had a link to Firefox on my taskbar. Said the program was no longer available. Deleted the shortcut. Can't find Firefox when I search Programs and Files. Downloaded FF 17. Run the download. Says that I may not be able to use all the items of the new program. Asks me to sign in as Administrator or use current sign-in. I AM the administrator. No combination of Name and Password work
