i am required to supply a foxfire/mozilla password to use my stored payment method-it pops up, however, I've never created a foxfire password and do not have one so my saved credit card info wont work . Please advise

I have tried to set this up and have filled in and saved details for two credit cards using Firefox.

When I access the payment screen for payment - (in this case for VTTA membership) and click on the credit card number I can see a hover screen with ****1234 or ***5678 indicating my saved cards. When I press return for either card no details are filled in. When I key in the details manually for either card I get a red highlight for all fields and the payment is not processed. Does anyone know what I may have done to cause this?

If if I'm watching a video on a site like Youtube or facebook, when I scroll away, a small window of it automatically opens in the lower corner of my screen. How can I stop this. When I scroll away I d like it to just stop the video.

Hello, I use my providers web email promail.ptd.net , but they don't have where I can add a sound to incoming email or specific ones.. I did add the promail to your notifications,settings, but can you explain to me what the step would be to get their incoming email to make a sound of choice while using Firefox? or do i have to switch to an email program that already has that option? I wish Eudora would continue!

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

Hi, I just installed the latest update (I think it's 136.0.2). I guess I skipped some/several versions. Suddenly my main menu isn't workin anymore (clicking it with the mouse, that is) There is some overlay which I can't find out, how to remove. Even the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't have any function. Luckily I can still access the menu via keyboard shortcuts. How can I remove that overlay bar ... or did I catch some malware ?

The translate option pops up everytime that i open the browser or open a new window in the browser and its annoying as hell how do i remove it because i dont see any options where i can disaple it

I think is so nice this idea to put the IA assistance for research and study for college and programming for me. A have a question if is possible add another IA like: Copilot (Microsoft) or Deepseek.

I can't stand the pop-up constantly opening when I am on a new site, asking if I want to translate a page. First, I am proficient in multiple languages; second, I would not want a whole site translated, it messes with the formatting and frankly it isn't useful. I don't want to be forced to swap to Brave after all my years using firefox, but I am so agitated by the dropdown/popup and I cannot find any way to turn it off. Please, how do I disable this permanently?

On a brand new powerful PC just signed in and there's no Add ons showing on this device.

I have two other devices where i have no issues, but this one...

i accidentally refreshed my firefox and ii got my profile back .. but i accidentally deleted it .. after contacting a local wizard and going on a quest i found my profile sitting in a dark corner of my drive.. it seemed to all be okay but i saw my awesome theme was gone !! after checking to see if i still had my awesome extensions they were ALSO GONE !! everything else is here though like my passwords and stuff.. where are my extensions and awesome seal theme !! im scared and alone !!!! help me mozilla helpers !!
