I keep getting a message on facebook stating my browser(Firefox) is no longer supported even though it is updated to newest version....i have cleared cache and cookies and I still get the same message on facebook. (See attachment screenshot).

I have noticed in the past few weeks or so, many video play backs are erroring out on google/news: Example: https://6abc.com/post/middle-schoolers-create-20-fake-tiktok-accounts-impersonating/15039963/

Message is: Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because format is not supported.

IMO not a network issue......

When I receive an email in Outlook that contains a hyperlink, I am unable to use it. When I click onthe link, Firefox opens a new Window (even when one is already running). The only tab on the new window is my default tab. The original hyperlink does not open. (Windows 11 and Firefox all up to date).

1) It is fine if I use Edge or Chrome as my default browser. 2) I have disabled all add-ons, and restarted (and rebooted) Firefox. Same result.

I have searched the community/known issues atc but none seem to specifically show this sort of behaviour.

Despite having the Pop-ups box ticked, I continue to get these 4 in a row, from McAfee. I have been running a system clean for 3 days, and still get these pop-ups. I have TotalAV, but nothing I do has made a difference.

Mozilla Firefox sign-in to kp.org keeps preventing me from doing this. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I get a message saying, "Turn off cookies. That is unacceptable unless I do it just for this site. Please fix this problem. I have read your responses to others, and I have too damn many sites I log into to "clear my cache." Please fix this problem, or I will have to stop using this browser I have used for years.

All of my other browsers sign into this site without a hitch. This is pure nonsense, especially since the problem is intermittent.

bold textbold text I absolutely cannot find a way to add website shortcuts to Firefox home page on a mac iOs Sonoma. Found several sets of directions, but nothing works. This is driving me crazy, so please tell me how to easily accomplish this using the tools of Mozilla for iOS Sonoma. Many thanks!

I can't connect to Amazon.com. I keep getting the following error message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.amazon.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

I think this is a problem with Firefox. Any suggestions or should I switch to a new web browser?

I appreciate any suggestions.

the latest version of Firefox, I think, just all of a sudden lost connection to any server from this PC.. my Chrome and Edge work just fine.. I can't find anyway to check the connections Thanks, Bob .

2 weeks ago I downloaded a file from creativefabrica my main go to site. Now when I try to save a download from there, it goes to another place on my pc. I've tried everything but I can't get my downloads from there to go to their folder on my external harddrive. Please help this is driving me nuts.

I have installed Thunderbird on a new PC desktop running Windows 11, copied all the server settings from my Mac laptop that are working correctly, yet i keep getting an error message that "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account". I can go to websites but when clicking log in I only get a white page. If I go to my credit card I cn=an see my statement but when going to make a payment get white screen only. Retirement website loads but try to log in and get white page. Other certain sites just keep trying to load. My os is linux mint17.1 32bit system. Problem just started this year

Hi there - I cannot connect to internet wifi (?) and it has the symbol with the exclamation mark. I am currently connecting to my mobile to use the internet. It's kind of weird? this message will probably go through - even stranger!!! so I can bring up the firefosx page but then not connect to a regular website. pleeeeeeeease help??? thank you!

The interface for Multi-Account Containers has changed. How do I manage the containers. Specifically, how do I create new containers and delete old, unused ones? Put the Manage Containers button back with the old buttons.
