When I opened Firefox this morning I was asked if I wanted to install the new cookie blocker. Now I am unable to access my employers shift schedule web page. Was I scammed? Thanks for any help.

I export all my passwords to usb, went to other computer and ........................... needed a 2e browser (edge) to import them?? How to import passwords from usb-stick to firefox? Is this even possible? i cannot find anything to import them.!

Whenever I use web-applications that use WebGL or anything similar, they are always distorted. And yes, I have tried disabling Performance Settings, but that only slightly helped.

I clicked on 'block cookies' option( never seen this before but I trust you guys so....) when I logged onto firefox this morning, since then there are various apps I cannot get on to, eg Twitter, my banking through Nationwide, very frsutrating. So I tried to set a restore point prior to thios morning but that made no dofference, getting desperate now.

The "Latest Tweets" header on twitter has recently started automatically scrolling and blocking whatever is shown on screen.

If I try to tweet, the screen appears to split and it is not possible to see the actual Tweet edit and post screen and the screen locks not able to move up or down.

This has only started in the past few days.

Can you help me to disable to scrolling of the sticky header?

The problem is - if my experience is a guide to the rest of the world - VTT files (which are used to caption HTML video) are no longer read/loaded by Firefox when it is viewing the HTML file locally (i.e. file://). On the web they are loaded as expected. Presumably there's a security setting somewhere in Firefox that now refuses to load the VTTs locally. Maybe under Help > More troubleshooting information there is a setting to change to fix that?

I used to sign in to my credit card through Elan Financial Services and then I would highlight my credit card, tell it the date range I needed to update to Quicken, and hit enter. a popup would give me the option of opening the file or to save the quicken file to my computer. I would select the option to open the file and it would update my register on Quicken. Now, I only get the option to save the file to my computer. On Microsoft Edge, I still get the choice to open or save the file. Why doesn't Firefox support the Open Function anymore. I use Firefox for everything, but now I have to remember to switch to Edge for this one important update. Is this a change in Firefox or something I have to deal with Elan on? So I wanted to join Rally, but I am concerned about granting access to my passwords and logins to the Rally clients. If I create a new profile and sign in with my only Firefox account will Rally clients have access to my passwords and logins from other profiles?

Indigo Slate has created an interactive site for our client but on Firefox browsers on both Windows and Mac the interactive I i frames are non-responsive and often blurred out: https://exploresurface.com/#/en-us/touchscreen-display is one example of many on the site we have created. This issue does not occur with Chrome, Opera, or Microsoft Edge.

suddenly Firefox is blocking my entry to a specific site with the measage "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." I have tried umpteen ways around this to no avail. Google Chrome does not have this problem!! I am using version 100.0.2

Our printers are added from a print server. FireFox is showing the full printer server path as the printer name. This is not good. Why is this happening? I have tried clearing the printer settings and re-adding the printers but this did not fix the issue.

When trying to log into our email domain (email.grassrootstahoe.com) The brand logo shows up but not the login form. I have tested on other devices and it works fine, other browsers on this device load it fine as well. I talked to our email hosting and they have no solution as they can not recreate the issue. I disabled all add ons, started in troubleshooting mode, and still the form does not load. In private browsing the page wont load at all. Thanks for any help.

About a week ago, Firefox stopped updating the fonts on Canva art boards. I have attached a screen shot to show that the font name is correct (shown in the menu bar), but it is not reflected on the art board. The screenshot also has a popup of the image downloaded which shows the same font as in the menu bar.

I have used Canva in Firefox of years! I am now having to use Chrome and Edge. I would prefer Firefox. Please fix the problem.

Recently I was forced to install some "stuff" on my work laptop. Unfortunately, I am not quite sure what they installed. I have contacted my IT department and all I've gotten in response is that "we haven't blocked any browser or sites."

Since this update, I find that Gmail will eventually show an error and when I go to refresh the page, the loading screen never completes. Additionally, Youtube will eventually declare that I have no connection and at that point I can no longer open new browser tabs.

I have updated Firefox, used troubleshooting mode, removed extensions, turned off ad blockers (uBlock Origin), and nothing seems to work—these issues always appear again eventually.

I would greatly prefer to not use Chrome, so if there is anything I can do to fix these issues I would be all ears to know what it is.

At random, whenever use a search box on a page, Firefox will lock up. The "loading" icon on the tab will animate as normal, but the entire window won't respond. If I press the show desktop button and then try to reveal Firefox, none of the windows will appear. I'd have to go into Windows Task Manager and be lucky enough to terminate the correct process containing the tab, or else I'd have to start all over again.
