I have been using credit card detail autofill for several years, using my Microsoft password. Suddenly, possibly since January 1st 2025, this feature doesn't work any more! The usual pop up asks me to choose a credit card; I do this and then enter my password and press Enter or Continue. After that nothing happens. The credit card number is not filled in for me and the same happens if I try to add the Expiry Date. Please can you see what may have changed either in my settings or elsewhere? Many thanks. When I am using the highlight tool in my firefox browser, the drop-down stays open and there appears to be no way to make it invisible. It takes up a chunk of my browser window so that I can't read the part of the pdf it's covering. Is there a way to make it go away while I am continuing to highlight in my pdf?

I just installed a Firefox browser on a new computer. I logged into the new browser and hit sync, but it didn't bring over new information. I manually synced both browsers, restarted both computers, and logged out and logged back into both instances. My laptop still has all the passwords, bookmarks, etc. But the new desktop doesn't have any of it. I cannot uninstall and reinstall because they're work devices and technically I'm not allowed to have Firefox and had to get my tech friends to help me get a copy.

I have one and only one SMTP account. I have 1,000,001 POP accounts. Mailboxes and accounts have no relationship.

1) would be oodles better if it grabbed the title of the page & suggested it as name saved document.

(on Android, it's worse than pc or mac- don't even have the opportunity to make a name up. just get some rando alpha-nameric.)

I am a personal user. After installing the latest upgrade on my laptop (not the computer I am using now), Firefox now says I'm part of an organization and don't have permission to change settings. It no longer recognizes several browser extensions, including my Bitwarden extension (most annoying). Do I have to uninstall Firefox completely?

I enjoy Firefox and use it on all platforms. In the last week it has been difficult to browse if I leave the app for more than a few seconds. I have found that in Task manager, the Firefox processes go to efficiency mode. Once that happens I cannot bring the browser back active. How can I turn off efficiency mode for Firefox? Thanks.

I've done some changes to my fonts and other settings and some of my websites are having issues. how do I do a browser re-set to go back to the original settings

When I open a PDF in Firefox, a box covers the right half the page demonstrating the highlighter tool. It never leaves. It blocks half the page and prevents me from reading and/or printing. Please help. It's making my work impossible.

Since the latest update my firefox seems to have trouble loading video and streaming resources. Browsing through youtube shorts it would not let me scroll down by using the mousewheel or have a delay of 3 secons from time to time. changing to the downarrow to view the next short made me hit an invisible wall at about 200 shorts. browsing twitch also leads to signifficant delays of several seconds until any click action is performed. one time it even crashed so i decided to clear the browser cache and restart my pc. is there a new way the temporary data is stored in the new version? i have 32 GB of RAM and lots of free disk space so that shouldn't be the issue. Firefox used to have no issues whatsoever in older versions regarding videos and streams.

I use the French Search Engine, Quant in place of google. It works well, normally. I have just found the following message;

"We detected unusual activity from your device or network.

Reasons may include:

   Rapid taps or clicks
   JavaScript disabled or not working
   Automated (bot) activity on your network (IP 96.241.216.175)
   Use of developer or inspection tools"

I don't know why this has occurred. No one else uses my laptop. How do I get rid of this message and access Quant?
