I did a clean install of Windows 10 on a larger SSD for my laptop. After installing my Bitdefender AV and firewall software I installed Firefox latest version. I cannot login to sync my account. My email address keeps getting rejected with the message: “Mistyped email? *name@domain*.com does not offer email”. It is the same email that I have used to sync Firefox across all my devices and Win 10 PC’s. It is a domain we bought or registered for a private email service. It is the same email I used to create this account using Firefox on my iPad to make this bug report. Firefox is allowed thru the firewall, but many Windows sub programs are not. I did reboot several times after install with the same result. Currently not running any extensions as I haven’t tried to install them without sync. Is there some windows service or sub program I need to unblock? Never had this issue on any other device or PC when trying to sync. Any suggestions appreciated thanks!

I got a popup asking me to sign in to google to make sure it was me. My PW didn’t work. I made another one and I got a popup asking me to allow or deny the following: Allow Mozilla to Read, compose, send and permanently delete all your email from Google, See, edit, download and permanently delete your contacts, See, edit, share and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar. By clicking Allow, you allow this app to use your information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. You can change this and other account permissions at any time. I haven’t been able to get any emails after I pressed Deny. It’s been several days. HELP!!! Is this a scam???

Apple had to clear my computer after last Tahoe update issue. I’m unable to get back into either Firefox or Mozilla accounts. I have current key for Mozzilla and both Firefox and Mozilla passwords. Tried using Apple account password which showed invalid but works fine for iCloud dot com. I’m trying to get Firefox reinstalled. Any suggestions?

Peoples, Starting yesterday I am unable to open the E-Trade login window. I simply see a blank window with the loading wheel spinning. I use Chrome and it pops right up. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanx, Steve

I posted the following on facebook yesterday, I feel as if something changed in my Firefox settings as this only started about 2 months ago. 2 factor Authentication is shut off in facebook. "Can anyone tell me how to shut this off? Everytime I log onto FB from my computer I get this screen. 2-factor authorization wants to send a code to my cell phone. There's got to be a way to turn it off. I am using Windows 11 pro with Firefox as a browser."

Any thoughts?

I've been trying to get it back for two months now and I can't + I've written to you many times but now I hope you'll help me

Do I meed a seperate Login for support.mozilla.org and addons.mozilla.org?

• Facebook emailed me a code number to put on my Facebook, so I can use my cell phone with Facebook. I don't know where to apply that code # onto my Facebook account....?

I changed my email on my Firefox account a while back. I've been able to sign in on other devices but on a new Windows Machine, I'm unable to sign in.

I try to use the primary email, and it prompts me to make a new account.

My old email brings up an account to sign into but then it asks me to use the primary email. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone know how to fix this? (See image) This is ONLY Firefox on Windows 11. I tried everything ChatGPT suggested but nothing works. I know it is a minor thing, but it is visually annoying to me because I prefer Firefox over Chrome. But Chrome works just fine. And please note this is a brand new Windows 11 PC and first install of Firefox. I have reinstalled several times and it doesn't change. Nor does any CSS hack ChatGPT threw at me. Thanks if you can fix it!

When I try to "sign into" Firefox using Google Chrome, I see the following message: "This account is not active. Please contact an administrator if you believe this is an error." I do not know how to contact an administrator. I do not see this statement when I sign into Firefox using my Firefox browser. Maybe (I think) the issue is that I need to use my Firefox browser to "sign into" Firefox (and, not Google Chrome). Thank you for your comments about this.

Are these legit? How can I know?
