I can browse web pages fine, but I cannot gain access to login to my FireFox Account. I have had to use another browser to post this as I needed to login to my Forefox Account in order to do so.
Why am I seen these symbols?

I use Firefox with screen reading software, so it is possible the issue may be accessibility related. I've tested with JAWS and Windows Narrator and experience the tab crashes under both.
OS is Windows 10 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.900)

I have tried reinstalling Firefox - same problem occurs. Anyone got any tips? I'm running a mac on El Capitan and have been for a while with no browser problems.

Today when I started Firefox it auto-updated to version 77, and all web-pages looked like a mess of weird symbols like the ones in the screenshot I attached.
I tried disabling all addons and plugins, and some other stuff but nothing worked.
So I downgraded to 76.0.1 and everything works fine, it's definetly a problem with version 77.
I guess I won't be updating until I know this problem was adressed.

Since downloading the latest version, the browser stops functioning after the first site. It won't even allow me to quit, without the 'force quit'. Plus, while in the first site (my local newspaper) it stops recognising key strokes and mouse clicks. In fact, everything stops working.
I'm sending this through Chrome.
Any fixes?
Thanks, Stan Nikolic

I had Firefox opened in a main windows with maybe 50 tabs of tabs I wanted to look at (documentaries, stand-up shows, stuff from work etc). I opened a second window and while navigating in the second window I mistakenly close the main. As one does, I hit Open recently closed window. Guess what? Firefox opens a window from yesterday and a few more empty ones, but not the one I just closed. Can someone help me with this?

I've run into a strange issue lately - certain sites are left unable to sign in. I've tried disabling add-ons, clearing cache, cookies, history, lowering my security settings, adding site exclusions, disabling VPN, refreshing firefox, uninstall/reinstall, uninstall/clear data/reinstall/refresh firefox, everything. Still, nothing.
One site in particular is Dropbox. I enter my creds, it asks for my authenticator, error. So I tried in another browser and it works fine. So it's definitely a firefox issue.
I did disable my authenticator temporarily, and was able to sign in on Firefox. However the moment I re-enabled it, I'm no longer able to sign in again.
I have a few other sites that won't sign in either. Some give errors, some accept my password then refresh to the non-signed in page.
I'm at a loss. I've tried everything I can think of. And confirmed all sites work in other browsers.

I just upgraded to Firefox 77, x64, Windows 10 2004.
Firefox 76 already broke LockWise - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1287008
Now Firefox 77 breaks 99% of all websites. (See attached screenshot.) www.example.com www.google.com www.wikipedia.org etc
Somehow, support.mozilla.org works, UNTIL I try to log in.
I've tried incognito mode, safe mode, etc. When I change charset of the page, the text displays differently, but it's still a useless mishmash.
--- BUT --- when I open developer tools, click the HTML request and click the Response tab, the HTML renders correctly there.

Hi! I've switched to Firefox quite recently and I love pretty much everything about the browser. The only problem I've been experiencing is that whenever I try to print a page the whole browser crashes. I've tried removing all the settings for printing in prefs.js but that didn't seem to help in any way and the crashes don't turn up in the about:crashes tab. Has anyone else been experiencing this and perhaps knows how to fix it?

I have no idea what state is on file as being my state of residence (I move a lot for a civilian), but I've lived at this address for the last three or four years and never had any issue with logging in to my firefox account before. I have plenty of trouble with my location WITHIN the state (Oklahoma), because apparently the only cities that exist in the state are OKC and Tulsa /eyeroll, but I've never had an issue with the state itself being misidentified. I could understand if a VPN was causing the issue, but I'm not using a VPN (I know, I probably should, but imagine the login issue THEN! lol). Thanks in advance for any help.

Firefox won't fully launch. It goes into process, but never comes to the foreground. I've tried everything that can be done without using Firefox (it won't open). I can see two instances of Firefox flickering in Process Explorer, and they're eating system resources without really DOING anything. I've tried: 1. Restart Windows 10, uninstall, restart, reinstall. 2. Deleting Firefox Maintenance folder in Programs (x86). Uninstall, restart, reinstall. 3. Deleting the profile folders in AppData. Uninstall, restart, reinstall. 4. Uninstall, scour registry of all traces. Restart, reinstall. 5. It works on my OTHER admin account, but not on this one.
While Firefox is doing this nothing business, I can't uninstall it with my uninstaller on THIS account, so I have to go to my other account to uninstall, and when I get back to this one, an error message is on the screen.
Firefox is currently uninstalled, so no luck at its inner workings.

When I key www.<website>.com in location bar and hit enter, Firefox uses http://www.<website>.com, not httpS://www.<website>.com, to find the website. Most of the time the http:// version does not resolve to a website. It just hunts and hunts and hunts. This same thing happens many times when I click on a link in gmail which I open in Firefox.
Since we are all supposed to be using httpS:// these days, why doesn't Firefox default to https://?
Is there some setting that I'm missing?
Thanks, Caitlin

I am currently using Firefox version 77.0 in windows 10. I noticed few things that when I try to open some of the PDFs it shows "This PDF document might not be displayed correctly" and just blank white page shows up (image included).
I use few extensions which I disabled them completely when I read PDF but still I am unable to access PDF. While same PDFs are easily readable by other browsers like Chrome or Edge.
Please let me know is it a bug or there is some settings to tweak. Thanks in advance.

The latest is I can't search from the search bar with a new tab. This is after doing a migration. I erased Firefox and reinstalled the app and all of my data was still there. I reopened the session as if I had just closed a session and I was logged into gmail. So clearly Mozilla's instructions on deleting the app on MAC doesn't work. Recycle bin. How do you literally delete the app?
Hoping deletion will solve the issue of not being able to hit enter in the search bar to perform a google search, or click the arrow. Nothing works.
Further, I'm logged into this browser, yet when the tabs disappear I can't reaccess them. What's the point of logging into a browser if it doesn't remember the tabs?

Open Firefox. Verify no cookies. Clear any cookies if they exist.
Then open a single private window.
Go to tripadvisor.com (happens with some other sites but only a few).
Browse a few pages.
Close the private Window. No private windows/Container tabs are open.
All tripadvisor cookies should be cleared but they are not.
Verified by Cookie Quick Manager.
Why and how does tripadvisor manage to keep cookies on my system.
