everytime I try to get to my sites its very slow and it says mozilla firefox not responding If I wait for a while it will finally allow me to get to my site but it takes a long time

I accidentaly deleted my profile. How can I get back my data, passwords to accounts....Is that all gone now???? Somebaody please help me clarify this situation. And why does firefox insist on these profiles anyway, I just want to open my browser use it then close it, simple. Now since the last update I saw a wierd circle on the firefox launcher and thought it meant nothing. When i deleted the profile literally EVERYTHING is gone. Who does this, what did the profile even help????? Somebody please help

Using cmd-tilde keys on MacBook Pro to change front viewed page no longer works reliably under Tahoe. Any workaround? Also, Firefox sometimes freezes Navigation between programs, and the only way to navigate is to quit Firefox. I'm on Tahoe 26.4 MacBook Pro 2023 M2 Max. Thanks.

I have been reading about turning off enhanced tracking protection permanently; HOWEVER, the solution does not work. Going to privacy and security, clicking custom and turning everything off still does not shut the thing off fully. The shield in the browser is still active and I constantly have to still turn it off I even had to turn it off to get on this site. That is pretty sad when the makers of the browser block their own site using enhanced tracking protection. Is this another case ( i've seen thousands) where some sortware nerd is trying to show how clever he /she is at coding and in fact messes everything up? WHY DO YOU SIMPLY REMOVE THE TRACKING PROTECTION ENTIRELY... IT'S SO ANNOYING.

btw: none of the enhancements like Bold or Italic work on this site either.. great job..../s

I went to view a password and a dialog box pop up saying that I need to sign in to my Windows Login Credentials which apparently I do not know as it will not let me in. Tried my Microsoft office and also locked out. Will let me change my master Mozilla Log In and auto fill but can not view. How can I disable this

Hello, I hope somebody can give me some guidance about two issues that are driving me crazy. To provide some context, I use Firefox to work from home and my primary interest is accessing government and bank sites from my country to fill out tax forms and pay said taxes, therefore the browser built in provisions that deal with web page development, shortcuts, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media are utterly useless to me. The issues are as follow: 1. I regularly access the website of the federal tax authority of my country and local state hundreds of times each day. After a while, normally two months, Firefox starts to behave like a drug addict: It develops a resistance to the security cookies from these sites that worsens over time, until eventually the websites plain out kick me as soon as I log in. The only workaround is to use Privacy Mode or another browser until Firefox starts to behave again. In 2026 this started to happen with the bank website too. 2. After a fit of rage after a failed task I was in the process of attemping to destroy the mouse when reason finally prevailed but not before I got another issue with Firefox: The browser now prints (To PDF and paper) every single item from dropdown menues in webpages that cointan these elements. I already tried re-installing the browser, doing a clear install, erasing cache and cookies, deleting profiles. Thank you for any guidance.

I uninstalled my Firefox to fix an issue & now I’m trying to reinstall but it tells me, Profile missing. “your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.”

Even after reading the articles that suggest changes, I haven't been able to figure out how to enable printing from my gmail and google docs as was previously available. I have been having to copy the links and paste into Edge in order to print (Dell Inspiron, windows 10)

Or copy and paste into a word doc. So frustrating that firefox shows a print preview, but doesn't sent the doc to the printer.

I have had an email account for the last 28+ years. (*.msn ) For several months, I have not been able to access my account directly on Firefox. I can access it on Microsoftedge. To log in, I enter my email address. I then enter my password. I have recently replaced an old password with a new password. Microsoft does not accept it directly. At first it (Microsoft login) asked me for the first 2 digits of my cell phone number, then a puzzle. Sometimes this works, sometimes not. More recently they have rejected any attempts because I have tried unsuccessfully too many times. That may be as few as 2 times. I have gone through several variations of solving this problem within Microsoft help. Each attempt ends at either going onto a loo[p or Micosoft asking for a code, pass key, or proof through another email I have. I have accumulated a list of codes, PIN numbers, all of which do nothing. I have been at this since 3 April.
