Hi, Since the last update for Mozilla on the laptop (updated on 6/Oct/2025 - version 143.0.4 (64-bit)), all the shortcuts to websites in Firefox homepage I had pinned have disappeared. Also I can't add new shortcuts. I already have shortcuts enabled in Settings>Home>Firefox Home Content>Shortcuts.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

NordPass will work on Chrome. This just started this AM.

These are technically two separate issues, but both pertain to functionality of the mouse and keyboard. Whenever I right click to bring up the menu, the options (despite being functional) do not appear in the menu proper. Instead there are just empty buttons. In addition, certain hotkeys aren't working at all. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy paste are doing fine, but Ctrl-T and Ctrl-W to open and close tabs respectively do nothing. Neither of these issues were happening yesterday.

I uninstalled Firefox on my computer and reinstalled it, but when I logged in, the account couldn’t sync, it was as if the sync couldn’t retrieve any data from the server. Nothing happened at all.
On my Android phone, the data is still there, but when I tap “Synchronize now,” nothing happens either. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in multiple times, but still nothing works.
I also tried switching to a different computer and a different internet connection, but it still didn’t work.
What should I do now?

Mozilla will not let me sign into my Amazon account without using a passkey. I have never established a passkey and I do not wish to use my phone to sign in and without using one of those two options, my computer is completely locked and I have to shut it down and reboot or sign out of Microsoft in order to regain service. I have deleted Firefox from my phone...I have deleted the Amazon app from my phone, and I unsynched everything before I did so. I have errased all of my cookies and cleared the cash. I use an Apple phone which is equipped with an excellent browser, and unless I can find some work around for this I am going to delete Firefox from my PC as well.

Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. I contacted the place that put my laptop PC together for me, one of their service techs spent close to an hour attempting the sames steps I tried. Did not fix. They said if they learn anything, they'll contact me.

I have a folder with many bookmarks in it, and when I want to open multiple links in the folder but not ALL of them, I have to keep opening the bookmarks folder after middle clicking each link 1 at a time. I can't open the entire folder - there are 100+ and say I want to open 10.
Is there a way to keep the bookmark folder open while I open each link in new tabs?

My Bookmarks are missing. I see backups under the profile/bookmarkbackups folder but when I manage bookmarks, they are not in the restore dropdown. I have followed the steps to delete the places.sqlite but when I reopen firefox, I do not see the bookmarks have been restored. I thought it might have been related to Norton Utilities so I renewed a subscription but no luck. I also have a json file with my bookmarks but I cannot choose it from Manage Bookmarks, either

I see from questions asked years ago that Firefox hasn't had a way to sort all bookmarks into alphabetical order in one go. Is this still the case? It seems hard to believe that the only way to do this is to sort each folder individually. I noticed that I can do this (and have done) on Android, but not on the laptop.

FF password manager seams to record password only for the root website as a reference regardless where we are in the website so... if we need two different psds inside a specific website, we're screwed ! Per instance :
For Fsi.com/account I set one password = p1 and for Fsi.com/webmail I set another password = p2
FF password manager store both passwords under Fsi.com so... the latest set overrides the first set.
How can we force FF password manager to reference the whole website path and not only the website root path ?
