Once you identify your organization, you will do some research about the organization and answer the below questions based on theories discussed in our lectures. You are allowed to use the same organization from Assignment 1 and/or 2 If the instructor reflected no concerns in Assignment 1 and/or 2 for choosing that company, however, please ensure it is an international organization only.

1.) Please include the name of organization, where it is based and what other countries, they have business in. Also, please state if it is mechanistic organization or organic.

2.) Refer to chapter 7 "Designing Organizations for the International Environment” (Slide- Motivations of global expansion), what do you think what kind of motivation was there for your selected company to expand to other countries. Please declare and support your answer with a supporting statement.

3.) Refer to chapter 7-slide 10, Which of the structure and strategy is being by your selected organization. Declare your answer and explain why. Please answer this question in context of Chapter 7- Slide 10 only. t

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

The USPS website does not work properly with Firefox!! The Home page loads okay but there are multiple other issues with links not working. For instance all of the links under Quick Tools do not work except this one: https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm. Other things don't work either.

Everything works fine that I tried with Google Chrome though! Please address soon.

Firefox on Linux does not allow entries in forms that are called up in IFRAME. It works perfectly on Android.

Does anyone know why this is the case? Uwe

I had to do a new install of Windows 11 and logged back into Firefox and can't find my old bookmarks. I got to this point and don't know how to retrieve old bookmarks:

C:\Windows.old\Users\meljo\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles Please help me.

Since the penultimate and now the last current update to version 127.0.2 (64Bit), the button (tile with the + sign) to add new shortcuts is no longer available. How can new shortcuts be added now?

So, my browser is disabled. I can open it, but if I type anything in the adress bar (the home menu with recomendations and the search tab doesn't pop up) it will process the information, but then stop and gives me a blank screen. I send an image of it. For example if I type https://www.google.com the tab will go white and I can't do anything about it. In the apliccation menu, the only thing I can do is to go into troobleshooting mode by clicking the Help tab. Everything else (except for the new tab or window tool) is disabled. I beleive it is coused by the fact I can't open any website and those tabs are links. Please write back.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

Since 128.0 was installed outlook.office.com/mail has stopped working. (Windows 11)

My mail account has numerous shared groups. However these now fail to load with a messgae "Cannot load folders for "xxxxxxxxx" Decoding failed.

Additionally, while I can see new mails in the list (under focused and Other), the previews are all blank.

I do not get this error in Edge or Chrome in Windows.

As of a few days ago whenever I start Firefox the window appears with the Bookmarks sidebar panel already opened. I click the "X" on the sidebar and it will close - until the next time I start Firefox. If I choose Menu->View->Sidebar->Bookmarks and uncheck it the panel will close - until the next time I start Firefox. No matter how the Bookmarks sidebar is closed, it will always reappear when Firefox is restarted. Even if I switch to some other sidebar, Bookmarks will replace it on startup.

I've searched about:config and found no setting which seems to control sidebar behavior on startup.

I assume this is the result of some recent update. Is there no longer a way to permanently disable the Bookmarks sidebar?
