I wanted to use the new VPN feature and the icon initially showed up in the top right, but it has disappeared and is not present in "customise toolbar" or privacy settings either.

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Webgl has completly broken after last update for me. Forcing webgl in about config doesnt work and it doesnt work in troubleshoot mode either. Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!

I wanted to use the Firefox browser VPN to check what the price of a certain Patreon subscription is in another country, but when the VPN is on, the website still correctly identifies my current location and shows me the price in my current country's currency. Is this a limitation of the VPN, or did I not set it up correctly?

My computer ran into an error and restarted and I lost my entire browsing history, bookmarks, extensions, etc. Now I have nothing saved and the only browsing history my computer is showing is when I briefly opened microsoft edge. I regularly used duckduckgo, so most of my data is gone. Is there anything that can be done or is it just gone.

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). As I said I opened my browser and ff said they were going to have a new bookmark system did I want to try it...I clicked yes and now everything has changed my tabs are now on the side rather than on the top...my bookmarks are now longer readily accessible. I'd like to get back to where I was...or at least find a tutorial to show me how to navigate the new configuration... Help

I can't log into my doctor. Their web support says to not use Firefox.

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.

When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

Whenever i search something on google, firefox desktop (all fine on android) is failing to display the ai(gemini) answer no matter what questions i ask.

Same happens in the "AI Mode" option that is available in google's recent update.

And, I,m logged in.

This started since a week, everything was working fine before that.
