Firefox periodically says I am "forbidden" to enter my Kaiser website (KP.org). I know what Mozilla recommends as a fix, which is to clear data and cookies. But this creates more problems because I have to re-enter passwords and other settings. This is a problem Mozilla's website reports has been occurring for YEARS! Why can't Mozilla/Firefox fix this? Please tell me there is a better way to fix this problem.

I've attached images of the problem I'm experiencing. Its like pixels are breaking/turning negative colors and it effects anything visible. I don't really understand what's causing this issue. It doesn't effect any other program on my computer/outside the firefox window, so I assume its a firefox issue. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program with the refresh to hopefully fix the issue but it didn't work.

Is there a way to make backups of my session every 30 for example? The sessionstore-backups folder only saves the last session... I'd to have it saved often and not automatically deleted.

I've been having this reoccurring firefox bug every couple of months where randomly all audio from the application stops working is no longer available in the volume mixer of windows 11 (see example screenshot with twitch tab in background playing)

In the past, I was able to fix this issue by simply restarting the audisrv service and everything would work normally but now nothing I do seems to work. I've tried:

- Resetting - Uninstall/reinstall - Disabled all extensions - New profile

I do not have this issue on firefox dev or firefox nightly. If anyone has any ideas on how I could resolve or better diagnose this issue it would be much appreciated! TIA

Hello, I use Ufile for my taxes. They weren't bad a few years back. For the past 3-4 years they have been a problem with their website not loading properly. They want you to use Chrome (as do more then a few websites). I don't like Chrome for privacy reasons. What do you suggest I do? Load Chrome for Ufile and then delete it. Can you suggest a tax website that works better with Fire Fox? Open to suggestions. Thanks in advance. Bob

Captcha is not working. In fact, the widget is not loading on my computer on any browser. However, when viewing the console while loading the website, is gives the error messages shown in the image.

Hi I have been using firefox on linux for a while without updating it. We are artsellers and I used to be able to log in and out of an artplatform without any problems. It's now been a few weeks since logging out is not possible any more on this platform which means that I am constantly logged in which I really do not want. The menu does not work anymore on this side whereas it works with other browers. I already contacted the platform. They cannot do anything about it themselves and asked me to contact your team. Anyone else had the problem of not being able to sign in to the Amazon Parent Dashboard via Firefox? But works on Chrome. Same on desktop and android versions of Firefox.

Amazon chat support not helpful and just told me to use Chrome!

After i closed firefox with two windows it only restored the wrong tab and because most of the tabs were open some time ago i cant restore it from history too. Can i somehow restore them?

Firefox crashes whenever I use ctrl v or right click, and pulls up a window that it crashed. Whenever I start it back up, it says it wasn't able to restore session, then restores it anyway after I press to restore it. Another thing is whenever I try and upload a file onto a site it crashes as well. I'm on Mac OS x 13 and reinstalling firefox hasn't fixed it. This is relatively sudden, it happened about around 3 days ago for the first time, and at the same time I noticed it happening certain sites also started giving me '502 Bad Gateway' errors. Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hi, i just got a new laptop (Asus Zephryus G16, 2560 x 1600 screen) and after installing Firefox there is a thin white border to the left of the screen when running in fit screen. This problem is not present when in a windowed mode or in F11 full screen.

I tried updating the Intel Arc drivers but this did not fix the problem. Changing to compatibility mode also did not fix te problem.

PS: in the uploaded screenshots it is quite dificult to see the white line(because the background is also white), but when the image is viewed in a new tab it is visible.

I just noticed after an update today that the Mobile menu entry (with bookmarks from my mobile Firefox instances) no longer appears in the browser's Bookmarks menu. I can access them from the bookmark manager, but this change seems extraordinarily stupid and arbitrary and is a definite step backwards.

Can you please tell me how to get my extensions to appear on the toolbar? As you can see from the image (titled "forFirefox03"), only one is shown.

The images (titled "forFirefox01" and "forFirefox02") show all the extensions that I would like to have on the toolbar.

I've included the "About Firefox" (titled "forFirefox04") to show you which browser version I have.

I don't know if I need to show you the title names, but I'm used to Microsoft Answers, where I can put the images between the text, and here, I can't, so I'm assuming I have to show you them as names and images.

How do I add an existing 2nd email account to the Firefox Bookmarks. It keeps reverting to the my family account when I try to add a link to open an existing second email address

I have the latest version of firefox. I've cleared the cache and so on. Any idea on how to solve this?
