These icons appeared recently in my Firefox browser I can't remove them. The only recent changes included uninstalling SuperAntiSpyware after finding that Microsoft PC Manager is a better option, which has performed excellently without issues.

Additionally, a free VPN (Proton) was briefly used from the Firefox browser without installation, but after finding it complicated to set up, it was deleted. A few hours later, I noticed the two icons as the windows were misbehaving and they are causing a slowdown in the PC's performance. They do not seem to be add-ons or extensions.

How do I remove the icons and return to the previous performance?

Whenever I try to paste something using Crtl + V or Crtl + V + Shift, this little paste text box thing pops up even after I've already pasted from what I wanted to paste.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it, it's very annoying.

The Firefox icon looks like it has a shopping cart on the top-left hand side. What is this for? It is only happening on the Windows 11 taskbar (not the desktop or menu shortcut).

I don't remember when it started but text that wasn't underlined before such as: Names of shortcuts in new tab view Titles of YouTube videos on home page, and recommended while watching a video (not on the video itself) Reddit titles and usernames (old UI)

I have checked settings as best as I can and tried disabling all extensions but still have the issue.

popped up after an update, not only is it slightly distracting but also annoying as now when i try to pick up or select a tab by putting my mouse at the top of the screen it does nothing, as i select the useless black bar instead

I was using the following CSS to hide the navigation images and show only text labels on the context menu for the Back, Forward, Reload and Bookmark Page menu options...

It worked up until a couple of versions ago, but something has changed, and my CSS is now broken, and those navigation icons are back.

My context menu now looks like the attached image below.

Any help with showing only text labels on this menu is appreciated.

In the latest update I got it made everything into rounded corners. The Tabs and Settings windows as an example. How do I undo that?

I checked thoroughly in the appearance settings and dont see a way to do that. I specifically switched my entire world over to Firefox to get out of the rounded corner UI world only in time for this switch to happen. How do i undo it?

i got the new update but i have one problem. where is the home button on the toolbar? i would like to just press that like before instead of opening a new page and closing the old one

In the past month any browsing window I use suddenly goes to full screen and I have to manually reset it by resizing it. Why does this auto-full sizing occur? I can not find a setting that allows this. I just want any screen window I have to stay the way I set it.

Hi i accidentally adjusted the width of the sidebar too far and now i cant pull it back over. I have tried using the show sidebar button but nothing happens. is there a way to reset the width of the sidebar without having to drag it?

How do I disable the cruft which appears in the URLbar? Specifically, the trackers detected symbol, the certificate verified symbol, the bookmark this page symbol, and the question mark symbols which appear on both the URLbar and the searchbar.

Firefox for Windows just updated to v146.0. Now I seem to have an extra bar under my toolbar and address panel. How do I remove it? I can't seem to drag it in the menu customiser.
