I'm trying to add the world cup tracker to my home screen, but when i click the link, it just puts me in my new tab page with no changes. When I click the pencil edit icon, widgets are not an option for me. Is there a place I need to enable them?

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.

I have tried the new free browser VPN however it does not load pages if I am using a custom DNS (Quad9) and have DNS over HTTPS enabled. Is this expected behaviour and just a limitation of the VPN?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Morning, I dont know why but before i reset my pc i had a sport widget with all the other widgets, but after the reset i redownloaded firefox and got back all the widgets exept the sport one, any way i can fix this issue please? Thx in advance

with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

When I try loading certain sites while using Proton VPN i get the following error message: Server Not Found. If I disable Proton VPN and enable the VPN on Firefox the site come right up. Can someone please tell me why this happens and how I can make these load using Proton VPN?

the last update disabled my group speed dial that had hundreds of saved research bookmarks. How do I go back to the previous version and restore my group speed dial bookmarks? The update should have warned that this extension would be disabled. This is a disaster!

How do I turn off the "split view" option... or move it somewhere else?

I get you are trying to add features... but this is one I dont need or want... and its in the place of a feature I ACTUALLY use "open link in new tab".

Very frustrating to try to open a new link only to loose HALF the screen I am currently using and NO WAY to move said tab off.

How can I suppress a recurring pop-up in Firefox that claims my computer is infected with a virus and it instructs me to download McAfee Antivirus to clear it out. I've done multiple scans with my Norton Antivirus which showed I had no viruses. The fake pop-ups appear to be coming from Firefox.

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

The issue happens mainly on YouTube: – Videos stutter every few seconds – Audio sometimes goes out of sync – This happens on 1080p and 720p – My internet speed is stable (~XX Mbps)
