I use an IMac (15.6) to sign political petitions online on sources I trust, but the new Firefox version (128.14) seems to require that all GPC be disabled to do so. Can GPC be used selectively? Attached is a typical warning. Thanks for your expert thoughts.

In my Windows 10 PC, I had 1 browser window, with all financial accounts bookmarked on the Fire Bookmarks Toolbar. This window had the extra security tab on the side that I believe added an extra layer of security around activities on those sites.

Windows (11) forced me to purchase a new computer...

Now I'm not sure how to set that up in this latest Firefox and Windows 11. If I select that secure level described here that warns it could cause breaks in activities on some sites, is that the same protection? Will it serve that purpose and can I again only have that level of protection on that one browser window, saving it apart from the main Firefox icon?

Please know any answer will need some plain English - I'm not up to date on computer terminology after 18 years away from my days of understanding. (Windows 3.11 - 7 experience)

Thank you for reading this. Hope someone can point me in the right direction!

I started using Firefox Nightly for the split view, and I'm a tired of this alert.

I skimmed the quick article about configuring the Privacy & Security settings, but it seems like this feature just isn't working properly.

It doesn't matter if I click "allow" or "block", the alert always comes back. I care about my privacy, but not enough to do this every time I refresh a page.

I'd be happy to provide any documentation, just lmk what y'all need.
