Hi,

On MacOS, in order to set keyboard shortcut, I need to know the exact name for the feature. But I can't find tab navigations in Firefox's menu.

For example, in Chrome, they have a menu called "Tab" and there is "Select Next Tab" and "Select Previous Tab" in the menu. That are the names I need to set keyboard shortcut. But I can't find the equivalent in Firefox.

From the screenshot, the keyboard shortcut works for Chrome, but not working for Firefox as I don't have the exact name for tab navigation.

After recent update bookmarks disappeared. When I restore them and then close firefox developer edition the bookmarks toolbar is gone again. It seems like a bug in that recent update. Please advise.

I am using the Firefox browser on my iMac. Suddenly, I am not able to 'sign in' or access pages of common websites. I am getting blank pages or pages with the ever-circling ball when trying to access websites, like homedepot.com, shutterfly.com, etc. I can access them via safari.

I have gone through the Troubleshooting steps, have Uninstalled Firefox and Reinstalled, etc. What is happening with my browser?

I’ve been using Firefox on my Mac without any issues, but I recently had to erase and reset my Mac. After reinstalling Firefox and attempting to sign in to my account, I am unable to sync my data.

When I click “Sign in” and enter my password, I successfully log in. However, it immediately returns to the message “Please sign in to reconnect,” and I am unable to proceed with syncing.

This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue.

On a positive note, I can still see my organized bookmarks on Firefox for iPhone, which were synced from my Mac before the reset.

I use a 2009 Mac Mini running OS 10.11.6 dedicated for streaming. I was prompted to update Firefox to ESR which I did, replacing the older version of Firefox. The new version will not open.

It was the only browser I had. Can I undo the installation? Or download 78.15.0 somehow to restore the functionality of this Mac?

I have the last Firefox version and am trying to add extensions (e.g. video download helper). When I click on Add to Firefox, it works at loading the extension, but without any success. The blue dot in the gray square dances and dances and dances.... Thanks !!

I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

I tried to print directly from a website, but it will not print. If I print an image or PDF, it will print just fine. I am currently using Firefox 135.0.1 on a macOS Sequoia 15.3.

Yesterday I could access my passwords saved in Firefox, but today there were only two & those were in an open window for passwords. How can I recover my list of passwords, please? I'm using a MacBook Air with an M3 chip, Sequoia 15.3.1 Thanks so much!

Using iOS on Mac Mini desktop, I get no sound on democracynow.org but on the iPhone the sound works fine. Most other streams/videos have fine sound but not imdb.com on the desktop with iOS but again, fine on the iPhone.

Hello, today I could not launch Firefox on my Mac. Because this is a corporate machine from Kyndryl, I downloaded from Kyndryl App Store, I have rebooted the systems, I have updated iOS to last version, but still haven't solved the issue. This is the situation: Firefox is installed, I click to launch it, I am asked to authenticate with MFA I authenticate correctly, and Firefox just sits at the dock bar jumping, then stops jumping, and nothing else happens. I repeated the process several times, made several reboots, nothing changed. Can you suggest a solution?

ad blocker on mac laptop does now show up in mozilla firefox extensions or manager, I opened the puzzle icon but only grammerly shows up, I know I have ad blocker because i have websites saying so and i paid for it annually,

I'm using Mac OS 11.7.10. Firefox desktop no longer allows me to browse the internet. It just keeps spinning wheels. I've downloaded the newest version and it still crashes. What can I do?

I accidentally downloaded a newer version of Firefox on my iMac but it is too old to run it. Now I have no way to download an older version that I use to have. Don’t have any suggestions? Thanks
