The instructions for the Window Titler icon suggest to turn on the Title Bar (with the Firefox icon, usually shows title of active tab, but would presumably show the Window Title if one was assigned). I can't find how to turn it on in version 99.0.1. It's not where the instructions for Window Titler said to look (managing the Menu bar or the Bookmarks bar). Any suggestions?

Would love for this feature (named windows) to become a normal part of Firefox. I wouldn't mind having the Title Bar anyway; at the cost of a few pixels, I would have something to grab onto when moving windows around that wouldn't accidentally do something to a tab.

My google drive keeps disconnecting, and google drive/google docs links are not working. I have attached a screenshot of the new tab page when I copy paste a google sheets document URL into the search bar and hit enter. After the reloading icon animates, I stay on the new tab page and the url just sits there. The debug console shows 1 GET request that is timed out (picture also attached).

I can fix the issue by completely closing all firefox windows and opening again, but it will disconnect me after some minutes.

Hi! Since yesterday, in Outlook, my font size became very tiny for subjects and categories. I can barely see it. Can you please restore them to normal sizes?? I am desperate trying to read them. Thank you! Shirley Savva

When I load Amazon.com, the webpage is a lot of text and random pictures. Amazon's layout is broken. I loaded the same page in Chrome and Safari without a problem. I reinstalled Firefox 99.0.1 without any improvement. Please fix.

I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

Whenever I use the searchbar in the bookmarks manager, it always searches all of my bookmarks, but sometimes I might only want to search for that query within a specific folder. Is there any way to limit a bookmarks search to only a specific folder rather than the entirety of my bookmarks?

I have fedora 36 Linux on my laptop and I have installed Firefox from the software store. The version in Help>About>About Firefox shows 99.0.1 (64-bit).

I am able to play videos on Youtube but no video or GIF is playing on Twitter/Reddit/Facebook.

My autoplay setting look like as per the attached image. I do not have any extensions except Bitwarden on Firefox.

I also tried playing videos on Firefox 100 by downloading it directly from firefox website but faced the same issue.

I've always used the "Always ask you where to save files" option when downloading. Recently (beginning of April 2022), files go directly to the Downloads folder. The "Always ask" option is still selected in Settings.

I've tried un-selecting and re-selecting, restarting Firefox, restarting my computer - basically every iteration of 'turn it off and on again' that I can think of.

Each time Firefox updates, the email client changes to the outlook default. The last 2-3 updates, mailto does not appear on the file,settings,applications menu. Nor will it populate if I type it in. I have tried every instruction to no avail. I am a long-time firefox user, non-techie and it is discouraging when things disappear with each update lately. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

Not sure when it began, probably before the current version, i.e. it's not related to the latest update. When exiting, everything seems fine at first but then Crash Reporter pops up. If I try to restart my Windows/PC with FF open, the restarting becomes blocked by Firefox, so I have to cancel the restart and deal with Crash Reporter first.

The same crash happens in Troubleshoot Mode.

I don't have any special security software (aside from Malwarebytes with real-time protection disabled).

Signature is different (almost) every time but as far as I remember no crash felt any different from the two crashes above. I had been using Firefox browser for awhile, but because of playback performance issue, I have to using another browser just for video playing, especially for 4K video.

Compared to Edge, Firefox seems taking more resources to playback the YouTube video and more heat. When look at the Task Manager, the Video Processing is 0%, and GPU is running significantly more resources on '3D'.

MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 FF 99.0.1 Have tried clearing Cache, Cookies, Troubleshoot mode.

Google Maps > Search > Share > Embed a Map, the map to be embedded is not displayed (likewise when embed is pasted into Wordpress page, for example)

While same procedure in Safari or Brave works as expected (map to be embedded is displayed in Google maps and embed code displays map in webpage using Brave or Safari).

From the Google Maps page > share > Embed a map > right click This Frame > Open in new tab And then looking in the Console. There are a few other ignored errors but then this...

My Honey shopping app is no longer working with the newest FoxFire update. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Honey THREE times and still not working. Have gone into Firefox App Manager and Honey shows green, meaning it has permission to run. HELP!

When I go to download a ZIP file, it will always attempt to download the file directly rather than letting me open it with WinRAR. When I go into the browser settings I see that some other file types have options to choose how they're handled, but there's no entry for ZIP files. I've tried refreshing my Firefox install and yet the issue still persists.

I used to have this option before I reinstalled Windows a while back (where I kept my files but not programs). I don't know for sure that that's what caused this to start, but the timing would line up.

Hi I have been a user of Firefox for many a year, and this is the first tme I've come across an intrusive problem. Since updating to the latest version, I find I can no longer change the icon on a URL shortcut. I had quite a few of them, which helped distinguish (obviously) what I might want to select. That was then. Now, I have a load of indistinguishable Fireox logos which make finding the shortcut I want imossible. On going to change the icons, I find the Website Document tab in properties is no longer there .. while I have Firfox installed. Remove Firefox and the capability magically returns. I have re-installed Firefox in case of corruption, with no change. Before I remove Firefox permanently (which I'd be loathe to do), does anyone know the cause ... or solution or workaround?

Until recently, I resisted allowing updates for Firefox because of the announcements of changes to prevent access to some technical kinds of website which I use. These include the public websites of the Paris Observatory which include useul informational ftp pages with important text, data and software files.

  I did recently allow a Firefox update, and now I find that I am cut off from access to these ftp pages. 
  How can I re-enable access to ftp? If it can't be done in the new version of Firefox, how can I return to an older Firefox version that does allow such access?
