I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I just get a 2-step authentication notice EVERY TIME I try to login and when I do try to log in, I get the "technical issue" notice. My page - https://www.facebook.com/SueCastner

I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE

I have two files with the given content:

one.pdf .. the book jane eyre two.pdf .. the book adam bede

I go to https://duck.ai/chat and press the paperclip icon to upload a file. I upload one.pdf. I ask the AI to analyse it. It says it's jane eyre. This is correct.

On my disk, I rename one.pdf to one.old.pdf and rename two.pdf to one.pdf. I then ask the AI to reanalyse the file. It says its adam bede, which one.pdf now is, so that's correct too.

Under my understanding, if I upload something using HTML, it's uploaded. What I'm seeing above is the AI dynamically reaching into my hard drive and reading the current file. Note: I never uploaded a file containing adam bede, nor did I consent for it to be read by the AI.

What is going on there?

In Safari I can right click on a URL & navigate through a hierarchy of folders to a specific location & add the bookmark to that folder.

Having imported that folder hierarchy to Firefox, I can't find a way to save the page I am currently on to a particular folder in that hierarchy.

I recently received notice of being a part of the one billionth data breach and I am officially sick of it. I love and use firefox and beta, but I know my privacy is not that protected. I was looking through reviews and found Waterfox which is supposed to be built on the firefox platform, but has better privacy protections. I downloaded it and all seemed right. I imported from Firefox. Then I tried to download it to my iphone and the only thing that came up was "Water Fox". I downloaded it and couldn't even get through opening it without crazy ads and it looking like some game app. It wanted my saved data from firefox to import. But, no way. Either this was pretending to be WaterFox and a scam, or WaterFox IS a scam. So, I'm hoping maybe someone here would know and would also know if I just made a huge mistake by installing this. If it were just an app pretending to be WaterFox, why wasn't there an actual waterfox app? That was the only one even close. And, the reviews said that WaterFox was students working with Firefox or something like that, but couldn't find anything about them in Firefox forums. Any info would be greatly appreciated. And, if I did just make a huge mistake, is there a way to fix it? I didn't sign in with the squirrely iphone app, but I did with the desktop. Eeeep.

My Teams will not open on my pc laptop. It's tiny icon only flashes, I tried to sign in to microsoft and to the old skype but am told my passwords were compromised in 2024 and am sent to archive.org to change. I do not understand this archive site or what I am to do. Are their any interpreters for those who can't find direction? Thanks so much
